Lovely view and amazingly friendly staff. Second time we stay here in less than a month. Orbitz VIP indicated the possibility of room upgrade but this wasn’t offered on either stay. Maybe next time? Truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

No hot tub , Sauna had a terrible smell in it. Rooms with woods burning firecrackers are nice but have to collect your own wood. Pool was busy and didn’t really have enough seating if you wanted to hang out there. Limited amenities unless you drive into town. Bus schedules are offered. Don’t plan on having a nap during the day house keeping is very noisy and walls are paper thin.

The condition of the room was excellent. As is my habit I checked to see if the microwave worked, unfortunately the turntable was inoperable. I contacted the front desk and the unit was replaced within 10 minutes by a very pleasant staff member. Looking forward to my next stay!

We had a great stay in the mountain cabin with my toddler and husband. It was great to have a kitchen and a real fire (and free firewood!). We didn’t use the free bus passes but loved that they offered it. It’s not quite walking distance to town (maybe in the summer?) but really close by car.
