We have been staying at this hotel for many years now during winter and summer months. We love the loft style rooms to give our teen kids space and our space. Kitchen is handy with all pots and pan readily available. Perhaps they may want to consider a fresh coat of paint and refresh the room. I love they have the fireplace set up with woods. Room is clean and staff were friendly.

Room and accommodations were spot on. Room was clean and large enough for us 5 adults. The free bus pass was a welcome surprise. We left our truck parked and went into Banff via the bus which was so convenient. Will definitely stay again and recommend to my family and friends.

Check in was smooth and fast, and they let us in at 230pm. The pool is nice, but chilly. The steam room and sauna were small but worked well. A hot tub would really round out the amenities. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The view was stunning to wake up to. The trails along the property were nice to walk our dog. The only downside is how cold the pool is, especially with cold weather and having to walk outdoors to get to the pool. Otherwise the suite bathrooms and kitchenette were clean and stocked. We had a wonderful stay as it was nice and quiet.

Staff were very courteous, nice layout of the room. Nice to have a real fireplace to use and kitchen. Pool was quite cold; also uneven heating in the room made it tricky to have everyone at a comfortable temperature at night though. Would stay there again.
