Condo 120 was great… warm, cozy, everything we needed as a family of 4… if I had to nitpick… some areas could use a deep clean… but otherwise a great experience.
Staff was extremely courteous from the very first moment. Location is very good. Everything in the room functioned as it should and was well appointed.
On entry the room smelled of cooking.
The thermostat was stuck on 88 (I presume that's Fahrenheit) and did not change when the + or - buttons were pressed. My key chain thermometer showed +18C throughout the afternoon to next morning - a bit chilly!!
I reported this to the desk on checkout.
Location, clean updated room. Staff were very friendly!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We very much enjoyed our stay! It can be tricky to find larger units in the area, we were happy to stay in a three bed unit at Tunnel Mountain. The best things: easy bus access and free pass, super helpful front desk, clean, kitchen stocked sufficient for cooking, parking was easy. Layout of the unit was odd with the first bedroom being the hallway to the front door. Price point was a good value for the space.

Clean room, great room amenities, and friendly staff. Love the "spa" offerings, but they are looking very dated

Liked: Cleanliness
Room was clean but owner inflexible about any form of discount to compensate for the fact the induction cooktop wasn't working in room. Granted I could have called but I didn't have time and had to go get breakfast for my daughter who is a type 1 diabetic. When blood sugar goes low it's important to eat in a certain time frame upon waking up so didn't have time to call and wait to see if it could be fixed. Her answer was they are troublesome so that doesn't give much confidence on the equipment there. Wouldn't stay again, will go back to my usual place of Hidden Ridge Resort up the hill.
Great Stay, Comfortable and Convenient
I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of five, and overall, it was a great experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The room was very clean and well-furnished, with plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfortable, and the view of the forest was beautiful and peaceful.
The only downside was that it got a bit too hot in the loft area, even after I turned off the heating system. It was still difficult to sleep comfortably because of the warmth. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay!
