Hannah who did our checked in and "checked out" is very cheerful helpful very efficient knowledgeable. Her pleasant personality makes the first impression of the hotel 5 star. The mattress also receives a 5 star for it's firmness cleanliness....very comfortable The bathroom is very clean and the shower was great...5 star for this too The carpet looked aged and the room number on the doors is too small. The exhaust fan in the washroom in the loft is very noisy especially when we have to leave the light on at night.

I would stay here again. Quiet, clean, comfortable and cozy. Left a suggestion with front desk to add a second mirror somewhere outside the bathroom. There is no breakfast at hotel but there is coffee in the lobby. (Didn’t know this until we checked out our last day)

Good location,clean with improvement opportunities

The hotel is at good and quiet location with the bus stop at its door way. Yet it is not too busy as in the downtown. The room was well equipped, clean. I like the simple kitchen. However, there is only two sets of washer/dryers. One set was out of order during my stay. The other set was always busy. Yet, the laundry closed at 10pm. For the room, it sleeps 4 people, but there were only two chairs. I hope the hotel can improve these two areas. The AC unit control cannot turn off the loud fan. I don’t know if it was by design or malfunctioned.

It is not new, that was my first impression. But after staying for two nights, i think it was quite a decent stay. Beds were comfortable, staff were helpful. You can hear noise from the train midnight though.

Good except for noticeable issues with maintenance and some odd omissions. Refrigerator, table, and 2 of 4 chairs all rocked back and forth. Window handles falling off. Provides an oven, but no baking pans or gloves. Dishwasher was a comical forest of directionless tines -- making loading the dishwasher a puzzle. Staff very nice, efficient check-in, etc...but there are basic maintenance issues not being addressed that need to be at these price points.
