I stayed at Banff Aspen Lodge and honestly had such a cozy, relaxing experience. The location is perfect just a short walk to the main shops, restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore in downtown Banff. The room was warm, clean, and super comfortable, especially after spending the day in the cold winter weather. I really loved the little touches the fireplace vibes, the spacious layout, and how peaceful it felt. Their hot tubs are a must-try after a long, snowy day. Nothing beats sitting in warm water while the air is freezing cold around you. It’s such a perfect winter getaway feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a great bonus simple but good enough to start the day before heading out to Lake Louise, the gondola, or exploring the mountains. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here if you want a clean, cozy, and convenient place right in the heart of Banff. I’d stay here again! ❄️🏔️✨

This is our second year staying at the Banff Aspen Lodge. The room was clean and comfortable. We love the location and the breakfast. The hot tub, sauna and steam room were a hit. We will be back next year!

This lodge is ideally located, with complimentary parking behind the building, making arrivals and departures very convenient. Dining options nearby were plentiful, allowing us to choose wherever we wished for dinner in town. The only minor drawbacks were that the hot tubs had a noticeable level of chemical smells, similar to most indoor pools, and the steam room felt slightly dated with a mild odor. That said, we greatly appreciated the efficiency and attentiveness of the housekeeping team, who refreshed our rooms each morning while we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast downstairs. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We look forward to returning.
