I’ll be honest—at first I was worried because I saw a negative review that almost made me cancel. But I’m really glad I didn’t. The hotel ended up being a great choice. The location is perfect—right in downtown Banff. As soon as you step out the door, you’re only a short walk from shops, restaurants, and everything you need. The price was very reasonable for the area, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay and excellent value. I’d definitely come back!
