Upon our arrival my son’s bed (double beds room had a hair tables in it under she sheets. Our shower had two hairs in it and nobody had showered yet. The shower floors definitely need an upgrade.

The Moose Hotel was a great experience. I upgraded our room to get a better view of the mountains, but didn’t think it was really worth the upgrade due to the amount of time we did spend in the room. Clean rooms with a mini living room and kitchen. Electric fireplace in the living room was nice and rooftop fire pit and hot tub was nice as well. Only negative was room TVs are not capable of streaming apps from your phone.

Very convenient location, close to downtown shopping and restaurants. The property has a very good in-house Italian restaurant. The hot tub and pool on the 4th floor provide an excellent view of the surrounding mountains.

From the moment we walked in it has a beautiful aesthetic! The room was comfortable as were the beds! The hot tub was beautiful. It’s too bad. The outdoor pool wasn’t open. It was under renovation. It was walking distance to everything! We were given some local bus passes, but we didn’t end up using them because we walked! There’s a McDonald’s, a Starbucks and a Tim Hortons walking distance! It was nice to see the mountains when I was at the hot tub! And the fire pit is nice ! We stayed in October
