Perfect

The hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It is located on the main street but still very quiet and relaxing after a long day. Reception and most of the restaurant staff were very helpful.

Beautiful place in the heart of the downtown area where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and was so nice and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable.

This hotel was in the perfect location! In the middle of everything! Staff was very nice and accommodating. I was disappointed however, when we got there, we learned the pool on the rooftop, was under construction and unable to be used. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. But, the staff was very nice and apologetic and we had a lovely time!

Love the cozy feel of this hotel! It is really beautiful and the restaurant on site is very helpful when traveling with a toddler - all the staff are so helpful and kind. Additional big perks include how close it is to downtown and public transit, so everything is walkable. Also, free parking!! Which is very hard to find. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars across the board is that for the price (I understand it’s Banff and it is high season when we came) there are some things lacking - for example, option for pack and play or rollaway cribs and an updated television system. The AC was also either freezing or the room got kind of warm so temp control was a bit challenging. Overall though I’d recommend it because it is beautiful and the convenience of location and parking are a major plus!
