Location was great.. staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotubs on the roof was amazing after a long Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean room, great bed. Love the historical house.

Excellent staff at reception....great amenities. Also very friendly and professional staff at Pacini restaurant downstairs!

Very nice roof top jacuzzi hot tub with Mountain view. Excellent location. Room was clean with good amenities. Modern decoration. There is a self service laundry facility which was added bonus. Staff was friendly. Will stay here again.

Great sauna and hot tub facility. Nice bathrooms and clean rooms. Rooms were on the small side though

I absolutely LOVED this property. It is the epitome of modern mountain lodging. A beautiful open lobby, a beautiful roof top pool, sauna and jacuzzi with fire pit-- staff was great, the room was perfect, the location with free parking was perfect-- I couldn't have asked for anything more. A definite stay if I return.

Great hotel, great amenties, pool and spa are amazing

GREAT Hotel with the best hot pool experience in Banff. I wish we could have stayed longer. This was my second trip to the Moose Hotel and I will be back.

The Moose was an awesome experience. The staff were wonderful from checkin. We asked to switch rooms to a higher floor, and they obliged with no issues. They were also very friendly and recommended things to do and see around town. Rooms were clean, nice (loved the balcony), and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. This hotel is somewhat more expensive than others nearby, but the service and feel of the place make it worth it. Did I mention that there are dual rooftop hot tubs and a fire pit?

Our top floor one bedroom suite was perfectly clean, convenient, spacious and comfortable. On the same floor as roof top hot tub. EPIC with view of the spectacular mountains.

Excellent hotel that is highly recommended. We went for a ski trip during Xmas time and had the time of our lives - both on the slopes and in the hotel. Hotel is on Banff Avnue which is at stones throw distance to city center as well as the ski resort and local bus stations. loved the hot pools on the top floor- perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. Most impressive and to us the best feature was that they had wheel chairs that were available for use around the city. My wife fell the first day and got a ligament tear which meant that she could no longer walk- but voila!! We asked the front desk and they let us use their wheelchair which allowed us to move around the city in peace. Also worth mentioning that all local buses where wheel chair accessible. Staff and rooms are excellent. Pacini - Italian restaurant also has an excellent menu and great food. Overall loved it and am highly recommending this hotel

Virtually everything was great from location to room amenities to hot tub/sauna, great staff, easy parking, etc., etc., with one exception. I do not normally give reviews, but the one meal I ate there (breakfast) was so exceptional in its mediocrity that I thought it deserved a brief mention. I got the relatively costly "super brunch" which basically comes with a little bit of everything. No problem with the eggs. Sausage and ham were just not that good. Crepe was rubbery and probably the only "bad" crepe I have ever eaten. Hash browns were hardening and tasteless. Beans were a bland brown melange that were very difficult to eat. I managed to power through most of it, but couldn't face the waffle in the end. Great hotel. Highly suggest not ordering the "super brunch."

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. We got a 1 bedroom suite facing the main street and gorgeous views of the mountains. The room was amazing and the details from art to amenities were on point. I love the wood features everywhere, makes you feel like you are in the country. The rooftop outdoor hot tub facing the mountains was just what I needed after a long day of hiking. I would definitely recommend and stay here again any day.

Fresh new property, lots of wood but contemporary in style. Great location. Liked the suite size.
