Heating was by way of an incredibly loud fan that couldn’t be set to auto (just on / off) and it blew right on us trying to sleep so much so that little sleep was had. Convenient location and clean but will not stay again if can’t get a proper sleep

The facilities are gorgeous are absolutely gorgeous and cozy. We stayed in a 1-king bed suite and it was perfect for me and my 2 boys. The layout is not your standard hotel, where the front doors faced the open courtyard - so you had winter cabin vibes with the comforts of hotel amenities. The rooftop hot tubs really sealed the deal for us! Not to mention, very walkable to shops, and Roam transit buses. Beautifully decorated for the holidays! Highly recommend this place!
