The property was very clean and having Chili’s on site was convenient for breakfast, which was very good. We really appreciated the free Roam Bus passes, as the main part of town was a bit of a walk at the end of a long day of hiking and activities. One thing I disliked was that the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was not very good. Doing hair and makeup was a little difficult as it was a little too dark. No AC for the bedroom but there was a nice fan in the closet that we put beside the bed and it helped a lot. Overall it was a good experience. Staff was very nice, easy check in and check out.

The Fox Hotel exceeded our expectations. Our loft room was exactly what we had hoped for. The location of the hotel was excellent and the underground parking was a big plus. Our stay in Banff was special because of the Fox hotel. We will recommend it to our friends.

The hotel has such a unique structure. It’s almost magical! Locations pretty decent too! Not too far from downtown. Although Banff isn’t to big to begin with. Overall a good stay! Would hundred percent go again just for the hot pool!!

Chose the property because of location and it was pet friendly (traveling with our small dog). We reserved a superior 1 bedroom suite and were given a ground floor suite with a view of a small inner courtyard. The bedroom had no ventilation and was very stuffy at night. A fan was provided that was noisy and minimally effective. The AC unit provided cool air to the living area only. Liked having that space and a kitchenette, but the layout was not satisfactory for warm summertime weather with no windows to open and no bedroom AC. Supposed to receive a $15 F & B credit at select restaurants, but the first night at the hotel restaurant there wasn’t anyone familiar with the process for crediting the voucher and we ended up with no credit at checkout (didn’t bother to use it on subsequent days due to staff not knowing how to handle the voucher process.

The only good thing is that its in banff but the hotel is run down durty ,and expensive for no reason, it has not even eater in the room to drink ,no air-conditioned, nothing, never again
