Overall property was great. Caves were small and had children splashing so not very "romantic". Loud neighbors, shouting around 2am and using the microwave during "quiet hours" 11pm-8am.

Loft Suite

The staff was friendly and nice, it was a nice hotel with an amazing view, the Hot Tub was Awesome but lots of issues with our room. Not cleaned well, had to get them to come clean and change stuff several times, a leaking toilet, one of the Thermostats was not working, Fridge was way too small, dishes were not clean, Soap dispensers didn't work properly. They were very quick to come correct some of the issues. Not much for parking around the hotel, we parked on the street and someone spit on our truck.

Hello. I love the staff there were so willing to help me out when I needed it !!!! The convince of parking the car under the hotel were it was much warmer was really very nice too To be able to have a free bus ticket was smart idea since I don't always keep cash So I do appreciate this Also the cleaning staff were very respectful to us while using the elevator which I was very glad !!!! Our stay at the fox hotel was quite expensal we had an amazing experience the property has a wonderful interesting things to do on site and the suite we were staying in was spacious and comfortable the staff was friendly for sure they helped out with whatever they could I making efforts we had an good experience staying in the Fox

Loved the hot tub pool. It was a beautiful experience. If you have a big truck, prepare to park on the streets like I needed to. 3 day Bus pass included for shopping downtown and over to the Gondola.
