good place

The waterpark was a hit with our 11 yr old twins. Our room had a full kitchen with a full size fridge and freezer, so nice to have when traveling.

Bad mattress need to be renew and extend pool hour from 10pm to 11pm

Parking was easy and convenient. The pools were great and the store was easy to access.

Nice facilities, but poor condition. (wobbly chairs, chipped furniture, torn wallpaper, skylight shade did not close completely) Pool was closed for 'maintenance". About 1 mile uphill from center of town. Not much around hotel. They did offer free bus passes. Prices in grocery store are extremely high.

Awesome place, just a little confusing layout, but a great place!!!

The hotel was fine. We were very pleased to see a full kitchen with cookwares. The pullout sofa bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Overall it was not bad.

We were a little apprehensive about the appearance. But the room we had was very spacious and comfortable. Would have been great been several nights stay as it had a kitchenette. We didn't try the pool. Great location in town.

It had assigned parking which was great. No breakfast. The shuttle service they talk about is actually the city bus, and they give you free tickets to ride it. Be sure to ask for your free bus ticket right away, because they’re were out when we got there. The bed/pillows were not comfortable. The views were great and we saw elk right outside our deck. It was quiet.

The whole condition looks old, but clean. Kitchen stuff is complete, you have everything on hand to prepare a meal.

I'm bit skeptical to give a 5 star review, but this was an exceptional stay. Customer Service was GREAT. Room was clean. Most importantly, I have 1 year old son. He enjoyed the indoor water park. I'll highly recommend this hotel for stay.

Older facility, rooms were ok I am happy for national park Banff facility. close to small town. Staff were good, rooms were ok also.

Very difficult to have repairs made... not the quality we expected... never again ...

Short distance to downtown Banff, rooms and amenities are dated.

We stayed here for four nights. The apartment is roomy. The downstairs has a private bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a pull out sofa bed, a full bathroom, kitchen with microwave, a big refrigerator, stove with cooktops, cookware and utensils. Upstairs has a big loft style room with two queen beds and a half bath. It has central air and heat. The wifi worked quite well. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. we took advantage of the free bus passes to go to downtown Banff. The bus comes hourly during weekdays and twice per hour on weekends. It's very convenient. There's laundry facility. There are many washing machines and dryer. It costs $4 per load for washing and 25 cents per 5 minute for drying. I thought it's very reasonable especially when you convert that to US dollars. I took away one star due to very minimum housekeeping. The first time a cleaning lady came early in the morning and we just asked for some towels and asked her to remove the trash. The second time cleaning crew came when we were back to the apartment. We just asked them to clean the bathroom. The third day we asked them to do the cleaning while we were gone during the day but they did not. They came by when we were back in the apartment late afternoon. We skipped housekeeping and took out trashes ourselves. So no one ever made our beds during our four night stay. It's not a big problem considering all other pluses.

The hotel is nice, ~20 min walk from downtown Banff, which is ok. The room was very comfortable and underground parking was a nice bonus. My only complaint is that we asked for a crib, I specifically emailed a few days before arrival, saying I'll be arriving late (~3am) with a baby, and ask for the crib to be ready in the room so she can go straight to sleep. When I checked in, I asked: the crib is in the room right? and the person said yes, I can see you asked for it, I can see you sent an email, all is good... Of course, as I enter the room, there was no crib there... And this is a family resort... So had to keep the unhappy baby for 10 minutes before they went to find the crib, and then get me sheets for it etc... Which was a bit annoying. Otherwise it's a nice place, a bit closer to town would have been nice.

Nice accommodations with a fridge and microwave. Reasonable but not great value given we've stayed there on the weekend of July 1-4 and reserved a couple of days ahead. A little far from the center of town, but not a problem during the summer.

After a theft on the property they stopped communicating with us.

Liked that the accommodation suited our needs of 6 guests very well. Enjoyed the kitchen living room. Bedroom and bathroom on the man floor was quite cool (loft suite). Some updating could be done but overall would definitely recommend staying here
