Very nice room, perfect for family. Love the full kitchen makes eating in your room easy. The pool here is amazing and the staff at the pool is so nice. Working fire place. Excellent hotel will be coming back.

The staff was very courteous. We complained about the room at reception because it smelled like cigarette smoking. Someone before smoked in it and even if they clean and spray everything it is still very hard to get the smell out. They offered to change us but we had already unpacked and brought everything in so we decided to stay as it was only for one night. But the smell was strong. Otherwise, it was very clean.

The amenities are great. I love the pool with the waterslides. The room we stayed in was not clean. There was so many spiderwebs and we had over 20 spiders in our bedroom. They just kept coming. The bathroom had so much mold and was not clean. The buildings themselves are old but if they were clean, it would be fine.

Price for the area is good however this property is quite run down. We booked here for the pool and waterslides for our kids only find out that the pool opens at 2:30pm so we couldn’t even use it the morning before we checked out. There was also a wait to gain entry to the pool area when we did use it although it didn’t seem that busy at all. Won’t be returning. Spend your money where you can use the amenities the whole duration of your visit.

Everything was excellent ,staff were all great. Only issue was the overwhelming smell of smoke in the room while using the fireplace .The sliding ,and Hallway doors had to be opened to let the smell out 3 times. Other wise we really enjoyed our stay.

Shocked at how bad the rooms were. Literally falling apart, needs the biggest deep clean. Couldn’t wait to get out of there and was considering leaving early. The staff seemed sweet and the view of the mountains were beautiful.
