The pictures on the listing are from several years ago. The exterior of all of the buildings were run down, rotting wood, and in need of repair. The room was clean, but it was disappointing to see that the pictures in comparison to reality was quite different.

The property was fine just dated. The issue we had was dirty sheets with stains, fans that were old and windows that did not open with screens so we got bugs and stuff in the suite when we tried to cool the area. Please note, Banff does not allow air condition units because of the fire zone. I would be very careful about that if you run hot like us Californians. For the price though the service was good and the price was absolutely right compared to the other hotels in the area. I would stay here again but make sure to review all rooms for dirty sheets and the like. Cleaning services only happen upon request

The overall stay was great, but some of the staff clearly dont want to be working there and show it. The facilities arnt well maintained like the pool and rec area. Apart from that i enjoyed my stay.

the resort is old and dilapidated. There’s an area of the front door (bottom right that looks like it has mold. Furniture looks like in the 80s. No aircon. On our last day, the cleaner knocked on our door twice at 9AM. When I opened the door, she said “never mind take your time”. Also, the shower tub is clogged. We had to wait to get it fixed before we can use it. At the price we paid for it, I expect everything is in good working order. Expedia should be doing spotchecks since Expedia endorses these hotels

I liked that this property was just out of the main town, with a tennis court, pickle ball and squash courts. The shuttle service to downtown Banff was great, and the shuttle driver was quite knowledgeable. I wish there were more shuttle times, though. Although the room slept four, it was very tight. It was o.k. for summer, but I can't imagine bringing winter gear to that small of a space with four people. The front desk staff were friendly, but they did not have much information to give about tourist activities and attractions in the area. When I asked for help with some information and that I would appreciate their help rather than going online, they asked me to Google it.

The resort locates outside of the Banff downtown and near the Highway 1. We planned to hike and sight-seeing in the national parks. This resort is at a perfect location for us. The resort provides the shuttle to the Banff downtown. We booked a two-floor condo. It is perfect for a large family as us, a couple with parent and kids. The cellphone signal is weak. The WIFI works OK.
