The outdoor hot tub was nice. Room was very dated, more than well worn. Curtains, carpet and sofa bed need to be replaced due to staining and age. Fridge and plumbing very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Did not provide coffee or filters for the 12 cup drip coffee machine, instead provided package of coffee suitable for single serving machine. Bed was comfortable. Would not choose to stay here again.

Need to double check all outlet if it's working or not, the room we stayed the outlet in the kinthen area is not working. Heater or A/C is too loud. No tv remote, they gave us one but not set up for the tv so it's no use. Tea bags looks like it's been there for a while. I suggest to change the menu, not much choices.

The desk clerk Matilda was full on rude and abrupt. I watched her with the guests checking in front of me. Very abrupt. I tried to joke around a little with her but she was not having it. Vlad on the other hand is much more approachable. Disappointing as the front person for your hotel.

I loved how comfortable our condo was. It was so great to have a home base we could really relax in. The kitchen seemed equipped though all we used were the toaster and kettle. The walk in shower in the main bathroom was great for my mother’s mobility issues.

This is a tired almost dilapidated property. The heating did not work so we had to leave the oven open at 500 degrees to warm up the "condo". The sofa was stained (gross), oven was filthy and the tile in front of the fireplace was damaged or dirty. No what we would expected for top shelf price.
