The pictures on the listing are from several years ago. The exterior of all of the buildings were run down, rotting wood, and in need of repair. The room was clean, but it was disappointing to see that the pictures in comparison to reality was quite different.

I thought for the cost it would be clean updated furniture. My bedroom had the ceiling paper peeling. Cobwebs over the bed. The sofa bed was old material. Bedding was super clean white lovely. Pillows were awful

The property was fine just dated. The issue we had was dirty sheets with stains, fans that were old and windows that did not open with screens so we got bugs and stuff in the suite when we tried to cool the area. Please note, Banff does not allow air condition units because of the fire zone. I would be very careful about that if you run hot like us Californians. For the price though the service was good and the price was absolutely right compared to the other hotels in the area. I would stay here again but make sure to review all rooms for dirty sheets and the like. Cleaning services only happen upon request

Great place to stay and reasonably priced! They offer free transportation into town. Right on bike path so you can ride bikes to town easily! Food was very good! Room was really nice!! I wish we could have stayed there longer!

Rooms had layers of dust with one that had a fake finger nail laying in it. Pillows were stained yellow with stained pillow cases. Mold or mildew growing on the ceiling in a water stain. They tried to move us to a different room but that one had dried bloody boogers on the wall. After sending an email with pictures to management, they moved us to another location.

Room smelt like vermiculite due to its age - the interior was clean but outdated - the pathways are a bit dangerous being uneven with the sidewalks uneven could be a lawsuit waiting to happen - pool was outdated and super rough on the feet - needs restoration - for a budget stay it was the cheapest available at the time but in my opinion overpriced for what it was

Our unit was extremely small with no place to set luggage while unpacking. Much smaller than expected but well equipped kitchen. Great bathroom and shower. Really enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. Customer service was great, transportation in to town was awesome. Would recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to visit town often.
