This is the second time I am staying at this property. I love the location of this resort though its 4 to 5 km away from banff city center its easily accessible, plenty of parking space and surrounded by nature. The rooms are spacious and lots of option based on the group of people. When ever i come to banff thia is the first hotel I look for.

The place is just beat up. Holes in walls in bathroom, broken doors, heating/cooling system is a mess, bathrooms smell like urine. Low budget place you anticipate old furniture and no bells and whistles but not to have the rooms look like a frat house at the end of a school year.

The room that we stayed, had power off every night at least 2 times. We were so frustrated. We can’t make coffee in the morning, because afraid of having power off . We can’t use hair dryer at the same time to boil hot water. We had to plug the hot water pot on the floor. So ridiculous. Never had experienced like this in any other hotels before, so bad.

The pictures on the listing are from several years ago. The exterior of all of the buildings were run down, rotting wood, and in need of repair. The room was clean, but it was disappointing to see that the pictures in comparison to reality was quite different.

Clean room but small for a condo. Newer kitchen and bath which was nice. Bed was not comfortable and neither was sofa Liked the decor and full kitchen. Helpful staff. Resort would be fantastic if they updated bedding, furniture, pool and exercise room. Needs updating and maintenance.
