We have stayed here many times, and we are really happy with all the amenities. The location is ideal, right on the pedestrianized street, just off Banff Avenue. The room was pleasant, very clean, and made up each day. The staff were very pleasant. We will definitely keep this as our number one choice in Banff.

Front desk staff were helpful with parkade assistance. The bed was one of the coziest beds I’ve slept on in a hotel. And the upgrade for the jetted tub was absolutely with it!!
