There was a bottle cap in our room from the previous guests, but it's a bottle cap not a big deal. Service was great, the breakfast is what you'd expect, great location. Only big downside for us was the parking, you do have to pay nightly for it, and if you're in a truck or suv you need to watch the clearance, we barley fit. But great place to stay.

Great place to stay. Comfortable and clean. The staff is available 24/7, and so cordial and friendly. The location is very convenient as well. Parking is limited and a bit awkward, but covered, which helps a lot when it snows. Overall, I really liked this place and would definitely stay there again.

I like the jet tub especially after a long hiking day. It’s very close to all the shops and restaurants.

The location is perfect and the exterior rooms have decent views. The parking area is convenient and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beds are comfortable and the furniture is good. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel.

Was able to stay without any major issues and enjoy the breakfast

The property was very cool. Rooms were large and well-maintained with pristine bathrooms. Staff was extremely friendly. Parking was tight, but inexpensive and right on property. Included breakfast was mediocre (primarily oatmeal, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs).

Guest services was friendly at check in, I booked one night and was about to extend but change my mind because of noise from the alley where my room face. Early morning a delivery truck was idling for near 2 hours right under my room window. When I complained to guest service they are aware, and received complained before. I was told they are powerless about it because it a town issue. Anyways if you have no where else to go and happen to find a room there, ask them for a room not facing the ally if plan to rest.

Very good location and nice staff. Centrally located in Banff

Hotel is in a great location, you can walk everywhere.

Great stay right in heart of Banff town. East to get to galleries, museum and river walk. Friendly helpful stall.

Just stopped here for one night on my way through, but would stay again. The hotel was clean and comfortable and front desk service was friendly. Breakfast was fairly basic but was good enough for one day.

The rooms are rustic and clean, one of the only places that have continental breakfast included in the area. It’s got heated underground parking and right in the heart of downtown

Overall a good experience. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The only issues or comments are that we had a King, loft room and due to the design the upstairs area with the bed was quite warm even with the lower level fairly cool. Also, nice to have breakfast included but quite limited choices.

I love the comfort of this hotel, the location could not be better and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is also good, and the underground parking is very nice to have.

Very close to restaurants and other facilities. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very clean.

Very comfortable, quiet, relaxing and clean. A great way to really enjoy Banff and feel some history of the area. Love the authentic fixtures.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear that noise from the alley disturbed your stay. We do have many rooms in our courtyard and facing neighbouring streets that don't experience the same noise. Whenever possible, we place guests who are light sleepers and request quiet rooms in advance in a quieter location within the hotel, but when we are full, it's not always possible. We will continue to discuss this issue with the Town of Banff to try and alleviate our guest's concerns. If you come stay again, please let us know you'd like a quieter room and we'll do our best to accommodate. Thank you!
