Excellent hotel and service. Beautiful interior. Just one comment to help potential guests would be for the hotel to disclose the construction underway on the street and neighborhood and what to do to park temporarily to be able to get the paid park permit for indoor parking

Bed mattress were terrible. Had a severe back pain due to them couldn’t sleep had to take painkillers. Then there was no microwave also coffee machine was very dirty couldn’t make our coffee. Then there was parking fee which was not told or mentioned before booking. Room in pic were different than shown in picture

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was no parking available, a topic that wasn’t discussed until two hours before check-in. Additionally, there was construction on the main road right outside our window, which meant we had to look at workers smoking and operating heavy machinery. When we arrived, the front desk staff checked us in and took our damage deposit, but they wouldn’t allow us to use the gym bathrooms since check-in wasn't officially until 4:00 PM, even though we had already completed the check-in process and paid the deposit. Given the circumstances, I definitely will not stay here again, as the service and room did not justify the price.

My room was a good size and comfortable. Very “Banff” with a lodge feel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the complimentary cookies. You cannot beat the location - one street off the Main Street and loads of great restaurants and shopping nearby. I also appreciated that the bus stop was close, as well. One star off because my non-smoking room smelled a bit like cigarettes in the bathroom, and the street outside is currently under renovation so was a bit noisy. Note: the hotel did make me aware of the construction just prior to my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return again!

We had a pleasant stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Banff, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the ongoing construction nearby and the lack of air vent inside the room, which made it a bit warm at times. Overall, still a great place to stay for convenience and comfort.
