The resort is clean, friendly and seeks to care for all guest's needs. We were in a premium room which was large and beautiful and they even arranged to have the most fantastic view one could ever hope to see. They furnish bus passes to get you to town and a shuttle for other areas. It is expensive but excellent.

The Rimrock service is great. Food in the Lakespur was not great and overpriced, better options to dine downtown. Eco friendly bathroom product is rubbish especially for a woman. TV could do with updating and lacks a sleep function. Hot tub lacked powerful jets. Could do with more state of the art gym equipment. For the price overall I think it should be reinvesting in the hotel more. Romantic stay for a couple with wonderful views.

As soon as I got out of my vehicle I was greeted by a nice gentleman who asked if I needed help with my luggage. Then at check in I was greeted by a very friendly lady. My interactions with all staff were very good, from the reception to the waitresses and bartenders. The view from my room was amazing. I used the bus service to go into town. Check out was smooth. I will definitely go back in the future.

The view from our balcony was majestic! The concierge, Eric was able to get us into Eden last minute where the food and experience was phenomenal. They provide a shuttle into town, just call the front desk. 10/10 recommended!
