Clean and quiet property.
I realize that the phone app-based check in and key access process is the future of hotels. However, the process was not very smooth and the alternative was to walk/drive to another property to get help. No staff on-site is probably premature for the stage in the lifecycle of this process.
Room was nice and clean
very comfortable, clean, spacious, great location. ....didn't comment on staff or amenities because of the remote management ....didn't have any interaction. but overall, great stay and highly recommended. .....a fan noise coming from the bathroom/overhead ran continously, don't know what that was about but couldn't shut off...bit of white noise pollution but didn't notice after awhile
