We were very happy with our stay. As a family of five, we were very pleased that we could be accommodated all in the same room. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool & hot tub. There was only a little disappointment that there only seemed to be cable TV and no access to streaming services.

2nd time better then first

2nd time here and it was better then the first time! The rooms are 5 star for the cost of 3 or 4 star! the staff excellent!!! I left some clothing here on the first stay Jan. 30th 2025 and the lost and found had it neatly wrapped and waiting for me 6 weeks later! Also it snowed both times we stayed here, the heated underground Parking was a huge bonus!

Nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing. There was a small upcharge for the breakfast but I think that it was worth the price. Only disappointment was that there were swimming lessons being held in the pool….which was the main reason for booking. Kind of made it feel less enjoyable as a result.

This has been one of the best hotels that we've stayed at recently! The staff was friendly and very accommodating for our trip. We were able to request an early check in and be located on the same floor and close to our other travel companions. The staff handled our requests with a smile and made everything seamless. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This time, I was staying in a hotel, and there were a lot of functions going on. There were a lot of kids running around, but other than that, everything was great. I have always stayed at this hotel when I was in Calgary.

Room was clean, employees were friendly. Pool is loaded up with chlorine but my little one had a blast on the water slide and could go down by himself since it didn’t go into the pool. Went for the zoo but all my little one can talk about is the pool
