Not as good as before

Bed wasn’t great as it squeaked at the ever slightest movement. The elevator would rumble as if there was an earthquake. And the fridge did not stop ticking throughout the night. This was my second time staying here and I was looking forward to some much needed rest as I found my first stay super comfortable. That wasn’t the case. Food and service were good though!

The property has about 200 rooms on 4 floors. They’re clearly is not enough space or staff to run the free breakfast. People can’t squeeze into the little space and if you can, there aren’t enough utensils, cereal, bowls, etc. to eat. There is one elevator to service the building, which is quite insufficient, but it’s even worse when the elevator breaks down. For most of my stay on the fourth floor the elevator would go to the fourth floor, but end up on the second or third before the door is open Quite frustrating

Thd hotel is very close to the airport. Not a lot in the area but very quiet. No problem getting to where we wanted and it was nice to come back to peace and quiet. The hotel and staff were excellent. Stayed here with our puppy. Property condition was great. I gave 4 stars for facilities only because of the free breakfast. I know, it was free, I shouldn't complain but it was very sparse. Fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries. Some scrambled eggs would have been nice but it did the job. We would definitely stay here again.

All the front desk staff are well mannered. I lost my cellphone left it in the taxi cab and the hotel staff was able to locate it. They made sure I retrieve my phone immediately. Thanks to their unwavering support. I will definitely come back.

We had a good day with family visiting Calgary and Banff. The free airport shuttle is very convenient and cost saving for travellers. breakfast every morning was good. The bathroom vanity light was not working but overall, we like the amenities with the kitchenette and the quietness.
