Great, staff was all friendly and helpful, especially considering how busy they were always. Rooms were typical rooms, nothing bad to report, we had adjoining rooms. Waterpark was awesome the kids loved it. Only thing that would have been great to have was breakfast included but that aside still a great place and location for all us and our needs.

First, we had to book a time slot for the pool. That is absolutely ridiculous when you have booked 4 rooms for a family vacation. To lay that much money and only get an hour of swimming is atrocious. Second, everything closed at 10, even the restaurant. Had to order in food because there was no where else to get food. Third, my sister got charged twice on her credit card for the deposit and now has to wait for a refund. Lastly, we had the cleaners knock and walk into our room at 10am. Check out is 11 and we were in the middle of getting packed up. Could you image if I was naked? Sooo unprofessional. Stayed here last year had a blast. This year was a joke. Won’t stay here again!

Great hotel for a short stay near the airport. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is extending the airport shuttle hours. We arrived around 11pm but the shuttle was no longer operating. The reason most people stay here is its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely stay again!
