Towels situation needs work
Kids loved the waterpark but the towel situation there was bizarre. You had to dry off as best you can and leave the towels there. Many times they were out of towels and you had to walk dripping wet back to your room.

It was lovely except our Coffee maker didn’t work, we were charged the wrong amount for the buffet ( we were charged $70- the buffet was $21 for adults and half price for kids - we had two adults and one 6 year old and one two year old ( the two year old was supposed to be free ) my husband paid , and we didn’t realize it was the wrong amount until later and then it was a different person working there who didn’t understand - A s the last night there was a fire alarm around 330 am- and no one from the hotel came around to our floor to check on anything or anyone- or even talked to anyone outside . I definitely don’t feel confident if there was a real emergency that the staff would be helpful at all. It took hours to get the kids back to sleep after the evacuation, So they did give us a later check out- but it still made the day unpleasant and off schedule

Great Stay!
We only stayed one night but we had a great stay. Clean and staff was nice. Our toddler loved the waterslides and pool. You do have to get wristbands for the pool and select time slots in the late afternoon, but it didn’t really bother us.

Lovely- would stay again
We had an excellent stay- we all slept so good. The curtains in our room were dirty but other than that-the room was spotless and the view was beautiful. The chemicals in the pool seemed very high. It caused our eyes to burn and a lot of people were coughing. One little boy threw up in the pool though I can’t be certain that this was the case- they closed the pool for and hour and when we went back, they had a door open and it felt a lot better, but after swimming for an hour we were all coughing again. I know that there is a ‘highest level’ of chemicals that is permitted but I wish they wouldn’t use that much. I really enjoy being able to sign into Netflix at hotels and this TV does that. You need to use your key card to ride the elevator. I would stay again.
