This hotel is in the middle of nowhere…. Which is fine except when they say free airport shuttle and then tell you you can’t take shuttle because the 4 , 5, and 6 o’clock shuttles are full and we are to take a taxi at our own expense. The young lady was so rude and obnoxious. Thankfully our shuttle driver stepped in and talked to manager for us. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to talk to us. This hotel is very lucky to have a shuttle driver that cares. If it wasn’t for him our stay would have been terrible. That front desk lady ( Fresca) had no people skills and was so out to lunch it was scary and frustrating.

First the good: The staff was really very nice and our room was on the 7th floor overlooking the city. The bed was comfortable and room service did a great job. However, the bad left a bad impression. I was travelling with my 6-year old grandson and flew in from Vancouver arriving at 8:00 pm. We called for the shuttle and they said it would be 30 minutes. After 50 mins, I called at least 5 times and was put on hold before speaking to anyone. My grandson turned on his ankle just before the shuttle came. The step on the shuttle was not put down either when we got in or out. It was 11:00 before I was able to get my grandson some dinner. The other thing that was maddening was that when we went for breakfast the next morning, service was very slow and we were told to get out own coffee. When I got my coffee it was ice cold. They had forgotten to plug in the coffee maker. I'm not sure how long the coffee had been sitting there for it to be made already and still be cold. In the morning we were leaving I had a friend come and pick me up and drive me to the airport so we got there in plenty of time with no worry that the shuttle would get us there.

Not what I expected.

I expected much more out of this hotel. The hot tub and pool were "out of service.'. The restaurant operation was an embarrassment for a Sheraton Hotel. There were no venting machines on any floors. These may be moot points to some but it goes to show you how poorly operated this particular location is.
