Excellent Hotel to stay in Calgary

This hotel exceeded my expectation. Everything was new, clean and up to date. The room was very spacious and very clean with all new furniture. The hotel was in an excellent location with abundant parking spaces. Breakfast could have been little better.

Front desk staff were excellent. Shuttle to and from Calgary Airport is only once an hour, and late at night that is an issue; morning shuttle back to airport was quite late arriving and made connecting to tour bus iffy. Coffee at breakfast was very nice, better than most hotel coffee

Appalling treatment from the front desk at check in at approximately 10:30 pm. After a minor credit card issue, instead of helping to find a solution, staff pretended I was not even there and checked in those behind me. I had to ask THREE times for someone to help me. Rohim in particular was getting pleasure at refusing to help with the check in by smirking, giggling and telling his co-worker to ignore me. After a full day of travelling, me, my two children and our dog were forced to sleep in our vehicle in the Walmart parking lot until the next morning when we got an amazing day room at the hotel next door. I would NEVER consider this hotel ever again. The treatment was inhumane. Do not book with them!
