Booked for 5 people, showed up and staff told us only 4 people are allowed in a room. THEN WHY IS IT AN OPTION ON THE WEBSITE??? Refused to give us a refund while having a very condescending attitude. Not one to write reviews but it was so bad I needed to. Spend the little extra and stay at the best western instead.

My 2 year noticed red stains on the bedsheet which to me is NOT ok. And there was black hair all over the bed.The bathtub was full of black hair. TV wasnt working. Not the best experience but at least had a place to stay i guess.
