I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and had a sleek, modern design that made the space feel fresh and inviting. Hotel was ok. Our room had 2 queen beds. The one bed was uneven. It had a slight slant going from the end of the bed to the head of the bed. I notified the front desk but was asked if I broke the bed because I didn’t notify them right away. I did try calling front desk but got no answer. I notified the front desk when I left my room to go eat.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed at! The staff treated guests condescendingly, especially the man at the reception — it felt as if I was supposed to serve him. For the first time in my life, both my ID and my companion’s driver’s license were requested, yet they didn’t even bother to ask for our car’s license plate, make, or model. This is very concerning, as it means a vehicle could easily be stolen on their property and you would have no proof you even arrived with it. The hot tub was broken, and the pool was so cold that it was impossible to enjoy. The kids tried to swim, but had to get out every 3–4 minutes just to warm up. The only thing that was relatively acceptable was the room itself.

We Had to keep killing black beetles in the bathroom on the counters & floor. Steam shower in room did not work. TVs both did not have clear channels, fuzzy pictures. U could see the color difference on walls where it had been painted. No information at check in given for hotel; given about pool, restaurant , check out time, etc Pool, hot tub need to be cleaned scum on the sides of pool & hot tub. Wall in men’s change room is rotten thru. MOD , a female that was in pool area was very polite to the unsupervised kids . She was very To myself as well.

The swimming pool area was unclean and the steam room had no safety covers on the steam vents. My son got burned on the unprotected steam vent. And the staff did not have a proper first aid box. All the had was a small box of bandaids.
