Absolutely terrible service. Went to check in and they said my Expedia booking wasn’t final and that my reservation was cancelled. And then when I went to check in then, I needed to pay more than double for the room. They wouldn’t charge me the same price I thought I was getting. Just horrible.

Don't stay here

Plenty of free parking and moderately clean facilities, but the experience was marred by unprofessional service. The staff was argumentative and insisted I pay twice to receive a refund. We booked a queen room but were given a double instead, and there was very little hot water during our stay. Disappointing overall.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel, 1. Expedia had already charged me but I had to pay again at the front desk. Where they told me that Expedia would refund my money in 5 days. 2. The AC was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. I went to the front desk to change rooms and the receptionist only told me that's how they all are because they are old equipment. So I had to sleep in my car. 3. The shower was dirty and had hair. 4. The TV was almost the size of a tablet and had no internet connection. 5. In the morning I went to breakfast and the front desk just said they no longer included breakfast and I didn't know why Expedia included breakfast. Totally disappointed with this hotel. 6. I reserved the room for two nights but had to check out after the first night and they didn't refund me any money. This was my first experience with Expedia at this hotel. Then I saw the reviews of this hotel on other pages and was surprised. I can only wait for them to refund my money for the room and the security deposit.
