2nd floor was so hot especially for November, the A/C wasn’t functional/I couldn’t control the heat and they don’t have plugs for their bathtubs (which clearly aren’t regularly cleaned). Hotel is a dead data zone and wifi only works in the rooms, nowhere else on the property.

The rooms are small and dark, with a very noisy AC. The corridors to the rooms are very scary as they are also dark. They lied about breakfast, which was never provided. Customer care is a disaster; the lady at the reception is always arguing with clients. And to climax all this I was robbed by this place of my 100CAD that they claimed to have taken as a deposit that it would be refunded on leaving, which never happened.
