I’m a gold/vip member and was told upon arrival that I wasn’t and not entitled to food/drink vouchers. I’ve been to this location about 10-12 times. Vouchers every time but this visit. Also I was asked if I ever stayed there before. Very disappointed I booked a diamond king because I was told these rooms have a fridge. Mine didnt and was told only suites have them. I know this isn’t true I was told
