The hotel and staff are nice and it's well located for the airport. However, my so so review is because the "blankets" on the bed are no existent. It's barely more than a bed sheet. Even with the heat jacked, I froze.

The rooms are dim and dull but not bad. Worse was that the heater kept blowing cold air and I told the front staff. Someone came to check but I asked if a repairs can come next day. She said their maintenance doesn’t come daily. That was bizarre. Then I asked if I can get a portable heater and was told they’ll check and let me know next day. I asked again next morning and was told they’ll let me know later. Never heard back. Fortunately it was not as cold out but it was still frustrating. Iron board was broken. Breakfast was awful with basic portions. Eggs that tasted a bit off and gooey. Had a coffee machine costing $1 and it still tasted bad. For fruits just apples and they were the lowest quality ones. You won’t starve but it’s not going to be a tasty experience. Most staff were very kind but they didn’t care to make the situation better when I asked for heater twice. check out was wierd. One girl (the one who checked me out ) was kind and apologized for my bad experience but the one next to her gave me look as tho she didn’t believe or care for my experience. Just gave a blanke stare. I did tell the front staff that I had a bad experience and they just said sorry. I worked at a hotel for 4 years,when guests experienced inconveniences like I did we would either give them a comp night or a voucher or something to not just give empty thank you & sorry. Was shocked to see that I had 2 nights of cold air in my room in November and got sorry from one. Never coming back ever
