They do not have good consideration for late check out. They will give you only half an hour (check out is 11:00am). I paid for extra 2 hrs at $50, it should have been out for 1:30pm but said only be at 1:00pm. Technically, they did not honor the late check out for 30 minutes but paid for it anyway, the way it turns out. The only plus is the location if you are shopping.

We rented a theme room. The jacuzzi tub was very old. Hot/cold was not marked and the drain/jets didn’t work well. The bathroom was. It the one shown in the room video. Very small shower. Not unusual to wait over 5 minutes for an elevator . For the price this was not worth it

We absolutely loved our stay, the room fit our family of six perfectly and staff was super helpful. My only issue would be the price point for room service based on the quality of the actual food. I wasn’t overly impressed with the beef dip or the chicken sandwich. Everything else was perfect!
