My weekend there , so many kids. After 9 pm the kids running up and down the hallway and loud. This happened Friday and Saturday evening. Noise settled after 11 pm . Do not think I will stay at this property again .

This hotel's age is showing; we had to have our rooms switched twice before everything was in mostly working order. Our first room's TV & phone were not working, our second rooms bed seemed to break when I sat down on the edge of it, and even our third and final room had two lights that didn't work. Overall the hotel was clean, and the staff were wonderful and accommodating, however the very clear age of the hotel overshadows the otherwise good experience and great location on the West End.

Had a great stay. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was great. The pool was wonderful with kids. Pool area was clean and nice large hottub. Close to the west ed mall. The only thing i wasnt happy with was the large group (hockey team) of kids in the pool at one time. The parents drinking and not supervising their kids whom we all going down the waterslide at once and crashing into littke kids. Be nice to have a limit of people in the pool at a time.
