People running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night, to much chlorine in pool could smell it as soon as you were in the hall way kids not supervised by an adult could not get any fresh air through a window as they did not open. Very expensive to stay.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms were a good value for the price. The free breakfast is actually amazing. The pool seemed a little dirty and the hot tub jets didn’t work but overall it was good!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great stay. The staff was all very friendly. The beds were comfortable. We were on the main floor, so easy access to an outdoor space for our dog. The kids loved the pool and waterslide. It was a quick drive to West Edmonton mall. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was good. Rooms were decent. Pool is very small. Way smaller than it looks in pictures. Pool is also very shallow. Deepest part by the slide is only 1.1m deep. The water fountain was also not working which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we booked there

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Restaurant across the parking lot and associated with the hotel is perhaps one of the best I've ever been too. Rooms are clean. The bathroom needs some repairs, the shower mechanism isnt attached to the wall so water is obviously getting back in the wall and under the tub, as the tub feels squishy. Pool is small and cold. But it was a nice hotel, clean, decent continental breakfast. I would stay again.

We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. Very good selection but gets crowded early. However, can fill plate and bring to room. The pool is great for young kids but a little small for teenagers as the young kids could get hurt if they stay in front of the slide.Small pool and overcrowds easy and not enough supervision from staff or parents.
