Please note that we are not responsible for personal items left behind. We recommend double checking the property before departure. Forgotten items will be stored for 7 days, after which they will be donated or discarded. Any pickup or delivery of these items will incur a shipping and admin fee.

📭 MAIL & PARCELS
This property does not include mailbox access. Please do not use the address for mail delivery. For postal needs, consider renting a P.O. box at a local post office. For parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are unable to retrieve or manage mail or packages for guests.

In case of emergencies, we may need to enter the home without notice. For non-emergencies, we’ll always provide advance notice and keep guests informed as quickly as we can.
