Stayed two nights in October 2025. I was skeptical at first as google review said 2-star hotel. They must have recently renovated as the facility was super clean with modern upgrades. Right across from WEM so very convenient location for families staying for water park or galaxy land.

This place was amazing! Its perfect distance from the mall (a 2 minute walk to Bourbon Street food hall) and was so clean and the rooms were huge! The outside looks a little sketchy but thats just Edmonton for you. Otherwise it was incredible! Breakfast wasnt the best hotel breakfast ive had but edible!

Just a street across West Edmonton mall which is very convenient. The hotel is new and the room is spacious and clean. The only issue is that my room does not have shower door in the bathroom so the whole bathroom floor is extremely wet and slippery after shower every night. Credit to the housekeeping team which they did an excellent job! Breakfast is simple but you can’t complain at this price! I will definitely return when I travel Edmonton.

Good continental breakfast included, roadwork outside and on a highway made it very noisy at night. Couldn’t get ac working and no one came in to fix. Friendly staff, rooms were kept clean except one toilet was still dirty. Very honest staff, left daily tip and they didn’t take after day one.

This is a beautiful hotel with large, spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was great and we were a 3 min walk across the street to West Edmonton Mall. I would absolutely stay here again!

The staff are great, first and foremost. There are plenty of homeless around which can be off putting to some. The location if you are to WEM is top notch. Our toilet seat (room 210) had the wrong toilet seat on it. The supports didn’t rest on the toilet, which ripped the hair off your legs every time you sat down. IYKYK. The cabinetry look mis-matched and cheap. We had a mid-sized fridge and microwave, but you had to go to the front desk to get plates and cutlery or glasses. What is up with that. Our closet are had no door on it and a cheap mirror attached to the wall that the hangers hit when you removed the clothing from the hanger. I can see a few broken mirrors in the future. Breakfast was passable, but all wooden utensils and paper plates. Again staff is great, but we would definitely not return.

The best

One of the best we’ve stayed so far. The room is large, roomy, very clean and comfortable. It’s modern. Location is very good - close to the mall and everything. I highly recommend.

Outside parking lot is very crowded and hard to move around in. They have a parkade but you need to checkin and get a room key first to access. Rooms are nice and clean and staff is friendly.
