Proximity to mall is great, clean room

The beds are very comfortable. Room was very clean. The staff is great. Breakfast was not as great. Pancakes inedible. Sausages were good tho and had an assortment of breads and cereals. The area around the hotel is ok. Great for walking to the west edmonton mall. Although we did encounter a person that was being escorted out of the mall that ultimately crossed the street and assaulted someone near the hotel and the morning we left, there were a group of individuals with a baseball bat acting erratically but they were quickly asked to move along by hotel staff. The parking is underground, so we felt safe leaving our vehicle. Loved having jollibee in the parking lot. Would stay here again for sure, just need to be mindful and attentive when walking between hotel amd mall.

Overall we had a wonderful stay, the place was extremely clean, staff were very friendly , the continental breakfast was great as well! Very reasonably priced for having so many things in walking distance , and i do have to say it was probably one of the cleanest hotels i have ever stayed at , and my family travels a lot. Two nights we had roudy neighbours upstairs but i called front desk and they were extremely attentive to the situation which is greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.
