The staff in the reception area and breakfast people are doing their job well. The room was ok. However, the bathroom in room 125 where I stayed overnight need to be check and reported by cleaning staff assigned to clean the room. There’s a crack on the vinyl flooring of the shower area and it was not a small crack but a big one like the size of a regular saucer. That’s need attention coz I guess it’s been like that For several months as it shown on the stain surrounding the crack area. Guest might get trip and hurt on their feet. So, do the repairs as soon as possible don’t wait for another guest to complain. I didn’t complain and request to be move to another room as I’m just staying overnight and I’m tired already. I just want to sleep.

Nice place to stay , great friendly staff, room was nice and clean and great selection for the complementary breakfast. If i have any complaints it would be the bed was not that comfortable and no hot coffee available in the evenings. But all and all it was a really nice place with everything close by.

This hotel was a disappointing to say the least. The renovations were stressful, the rooms were not clean and there was black mold in our bathroom. Our wifi was not working, the room keys were not. We ended up being locked out of our room for 20 minutes. For the rating we saw, 4.2, it did not meet that expectation. I do not recommend this hotel for a family.

This hotel has no vending machines . They display drinks and snacks at the front counter but when you ask to purchase anything they say it’s for diamond league customers only . Does not make sense if your willing to pay for it what does it matter ?
