My stay at Hampton Inn was a good experience overall. The breakfast was enjoyable, and I especially appreciated how excellent the breakfast area was. One important point I’d like to highlight is that there were no complimentary water bottles in the room. Having at least two bottles of water provided would make a big difference for guests and take the customer service experience to another level. In my case, I had to bring water in from my car, but this small gesture from the hotel would really add to guest comfort.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel- staff went above and beyond. I stayed on the first floor with my cat and we were comfortable and secure. Breakfast was included and the buffet area was kept spotless even during peak times, which I appreciated. There were also a lot of options on the breakfast buffet - truly something for everyone. The location was also good - within walking distance to several restaurants and some shopping. The only problem I had during my entire stay was the shower - it was difficult to turn on and the shower head could use an update but that is my only complaint.

Very disappointed about the $75 dog fee for one night. I wouldn’t market that your ‘pet friendly’ and then charge that plus a $50 extra deposit ‘in case’ of damage. My pet fee was 3/4 the cost of my nightly rate ! The decor was pretty run down , worn out. There was a homeless guys belongings blocking the door to access the lower level . The grounds need repair. Retaining walls failing in the back of the building . Overall overpriced , and not dog friendly. Wouldn’t return to this hotel

We’ve always been in this hotel. Good breakfast choices. Just needs to maybe update rooms. It’s getting old and not the same anymore. There was a portion at the tub where it’s rusted. On our second day, the washroom lighting was flickering.
