COCKROACH! We stayed here July 12-13, 2025. We woke up and had showers, all of a sudden a cockroach was found on the bathroom counter running around. We killed it and took photos and videos. Front desk said they were inspected last Friday. Also, the shower was dirty with other peoples hair, took photos also. Last thing, we didn’t appreciate the front desk announcing our room number out loud in front of everyone.

First room had over 50 flying ants. Moved us to another room that was not a jacuzzi suite as we have reserved. Finally got into a 3rd room the next night that was a jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi kept coming on randomly with no water in it in the middle of the night. Two nights air conditioning stopped working. They fixed it the first night, we were too tired to even bother asking at 3am to get them to deal with it again. The staff was polite and they did comp us one night free. Will not stay here again
