Liked being in the 11 floor with a balcony, room was clean and cool when I arrived on that hot day but the AC ok the bedroom you couldn't read the display was broken, after a while the cool room was ice cold, you could try to set the temp or fan but it was like we try adjust the temp but after 3-5 minutes it blasting hot air to and at 2 in the morning I didnt want to pack up and change rooms.

Very bad soundproofing

This hotel is near a very busy fire station, so you'll be woken up by lots of fire trucks all night, especially if you're in the tower part of the hotel. The room is VERY small, there are no ice machines in the tower. But the AC unit worked very well. That's a plus I guess haha.

Would not issue a refund after a bed bug was found in our room. Could not trust the room to not be infested by that point. I understand that a reservation may be “non-refundable” but to stick to that when a bed bug was discovered in the room is deplorable.

It wasn’t terrible and it’s close to a McDonald’s and kfc (great for families on the go) but the room itself was dated, patio furniture was peeling and old. The ceiling leaked through the light fixture one night. We used the gym and the pool. The gym was ok but the water machine was out of order and there was no paper towel to wipe down equipment. The pool was ok, seemed a little dirty. Great proximity to west Edmonton mall

Tenement without elevator!

There is no elevator and the place feels like a tenement. The rooms face the pool at the same level, with zero privacy. I have never seen such a busy pool, it was like a party every day, shouting, and singing until 10pm. It was terrible for us because I have two babies who go to sleep at 7:30, and until 10pm it was a nightmare. The cleanliness was awful. The carpet in the room was sticky, so we couldn’t walk barefoot. The bathroom also showed only very superficial cleaning. I would not recommend this hotel.
