Truly enjoyed the 10th floor, will definitely be booking again and bring the kids. This weekends just a relaxing time away and so far it really is. Great location and everything :)

Great Sandman property! Poor front desk girl was overwhelmed during check in she was bombarded! A bit confusing and not well signed to get from the Tower to the amenity (pool and fitness centre).

Only a few minute drive to West Edmonton Mall. Only thing I would say is we stayed over a weekend and there was a lot of rough people around the outside of the hotel and was approached by a few of them. Also had security guards walking the hotel hallways..

This hotel needs a lot of deep cleaning. My feet literally stuck to the carpet, it was gross. Baseboards and trim were all dusty and needed repair. It needs a serious update. On the other hand, the beds were comfortable and my family of three all slept well.
