Well situated for our needs

The parking lot was safe and we could park close in the handicapped area. The room is very worn out and could have been cleaner. The room was way too hot. The desk staff were very helpful and polite. We stayed here because close to the Royal Alexander Hospital.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel over all is rundown...stained carpet, chipped doors, wall piece for showerhead has come sway from the wall expossing the caulk, outlets not working in the room, windows extremely dirty...looked like someone or something licked them.

It was old, unkempt and not well run. The staff were fighting with each other at the tops of their voice and management did not handle the situation appropriately. They decided to reprimand one member in full view and earshot of the patrons. The food was good.

Comfortable.

The room was very clean and comfortable with good amenities like linens, good lighting, microwave, fridge and a very good selection of cable tv channels. The only complaint was that the pillows were very hard.
