I’ll admit I hesitated to go after reading some of the previous negative reviews, but I’m so glad we took the chance! Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable, exactly what we were hoping for during our 3-night stay. The front desk attendant who checked us in was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, which made a great first impression. Breakfast area was a bit on the small side, but the lady working in there was fantastic, she kept everything spotless and was so friendly every morning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay again. The only downside was that the guest dryer wasn’t working during our stay, but otherwise everything was great!

The property was old and definitely could use an update. Most of the staff was friendly, but the cleanliness could be a little better. Even the pool and hot tub weren't clean. The breakfast room was busy, which is understandable, but must not have had enough staff to keep up. It was messy and out of lots of items. Probably wouldn't go back.

Too expensive for quality of hotel

The room we were staying in was pretty dusty, and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept. I was disappointed by the breakfast (it consisted of waffles, cereal, bread, and more bread). It is advertised as a hot breakfast, but it is a far cry from that. The breakfast had no source of protein, and on the second day we were there, they had no bagels or waffles. Overall, even tho the rooms are in desperate need of some renovations, I would give it a solid 2-3 stars out of 5. The only thing 5-star about this hotel was the front desk staff super cheerful and amazing people!

check it out before you book if you can't do stair

bed was comfortable - staff friendly . continental breakfast in the morning was a joke . got there at 9 am . Breakfast room is way to small for everyone . Waffle maker was broken . all that was available was toast . everything else was gone and attendant said they were out of everything else. not impressed . Person in front of us had 6 eggs on their plate. one of the elevators was out of service. only access to right side of building rooms was by stairs - 3 floors up .

This place cools be better, honestly very disappointed. We book this hotel for the first time and for sure the last time. They send us message about the non access to swimming park after we booked The rooms. The Jacuzzi is very dirty and is just hot water, the swimming pool is dirty, the rooms are not comfortable at all with the side air conditioning it make it very noisy. The breakfast area is very small is small than my home kitchen. Not good food and everything is gone. The only good thing is the staff are very nice and they trying their best.

We liked the location, central but not in the middle of the concrete jungle. It was clean and quiet. We had to ask for extra towels 3 times before we got them, at various times of the day. The towels, and the shower curtain, had holes in them. The breakfast was super basic, but the space allowed for guests to get and eat breakfast is very small and cramped. The pool slide is out of order, and so were the elevators after the first night. The spa pool was extremely hot, too hot for our small kids to spend any amount of time in it.
