The staff was amazing, they were able to acomodate all our needs. The room and overall property was very clean. The location is good, close to many shopping centres and a short 10n minutes drive to West Edmonton Mall. Overall a good experience, we just wish the area was safer or maybe extra security staff should be in place.

Worse “hotel” I have ever been too, it like a jail cell with a tiny window and noisy fan. The bathroom is dirty and tiny. The hallways and elevator is tiny and terrible. Never going back. Suppose to have breakfast , when you get to the breakfast room there is no food and there is still an hour to go. Wow. Absolutely horrible. Will never book at any travel lodge again. First and last. We chose this hotel because it was a water park for the kids. Non existent, it was “under construction” in the height of summer with absolutely no work being done on it. The games room had 3 games and the outside area was for dogs only. Not a play area for the kids. Just terrible.
