Unfortunately, not a great first experience. Although the staff were very nice and pleasant, we had terrible in-room service! On the first night, it took one hour to get a menu to our hotel room, then a two hours wait after we order in until our food arrived. Same scenario the next day for breakfast, except we had the menu, but didn't get coffee and juice we ordered. Also, the TV setting makes the images look filtered? (polished)- I'm not sure if this is supposed to be this way, but we couldn't change it to normal or HD. We also had some trouble with our toilet, but got it to flush eventually. We like that it was quiet...and the flavour ice service was nice. The ability to log in to Netflix was also very convenient.
