The room and staff were nice, although our bathroom floor wasnt super clean. My biggest problem with this hotel, is that its not close to anything, and the casino is only there to steal your money. The machine will just eat your money. Do not gamble at this casino.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Parking is great as it is covered and heated. Breakfast is not free but the special is very reasonable and good. We did wait a bit for the food and check so when we returned to our room, only 1 minute after 11:00 checkout time, our key was deactivated and required a trip to desk to reactivate so we could collect our belongings.

The room and check in were awesome. Only stayed 2 nights. Asked twice for fresh glasses in the room and never did get them. Also they have a coffee maker in the room but only had 1 tea, 2 decaf and 1 regular coffee. Asked for these to be stocked twice as well and the person at the front desk told me both times she already talked to staff to do it. Even though it was the first time I mentioned it. Was not very friendly to deal with
