This was our third business stay at this hotel, and overall it continues to fall a little below the competition. The Wi-Fi is still unreliable, and navigating the hotel layout can be time-consuming. Wayfinding to amenities is poor, and the amenities themselves are not impressive. Breakfast (not included) was understaffed. Even with a premium room, some details (like dated light switches) feel a bit tired. On the positive side, the shower pressure was excellent, and lunch in the restaurant was extremely good.

Great location for the ICE district. Staff are great. Rooms in bad condition. Wooden furniture cracked, curtains badly stained, cloth couch VERY dirty and torn - I've stayed in 2 star hotels in better shape. They charge way too much for what they offer. I will not stay there again.
