Guests have the option of renting the upper unit as well as the lower unit. This will give the guests 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in bonus room. Beautiful, luxury accommodations
We were four old friends meeting together for a milestone birthday. This home was in a neighbourhood that felt safe, was clean and new inside, and none of the amenities were leftovers, as is sometimes seen in home rentals. The kitchen was well equipped, and beds were comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this home, and would stay here again in a heartbeat if looking to stay in the Edmonton area with a group. Only thing that could make it better is a backyard/deck/patio area to enjoy a warm evening outside. But as this is a brand new neighbourhood and home, I suspect that is something that will be coming in the future.
