We unfortunately came on an incredibly busy weekend and had to park very far away and it was nearly impossible to get to my car, not necessarily a hotel problem, but something guests should be aware of. If it wasn’t for the cleaning staff at Canada Place I might still be wandering around looking for my car.

Check in was a disaster, phoned at noon, one of four rooms ready, told the other 3 would be ready at 2. Get there at 3 and they have given away the ready room and told it could be another hour before there are rooms. Got a call after we left for the mall to say they were ready. Check in is 3 pm, I think we should receive some type of gift certificate or credit if the hotel can’t honour the 3 pm time, and they gave away my room !!! Not happy at all.

Great location if you are going to an event at Rogers. Did not meet the expectations of what Westin used to represent. Very old and in need up some TLC. Towels were grey and tattered, time to replace. The room needed a refresh. Not what I would expect from a Westin.
