I really enjoyed my stay at Chateau Nova Yellowhead. The front desk agent was very helpful and pleasant. Check in was quick and I was offered an upgrade to a suite. The room was so beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay was just ok.These rooms really need some work done.The walls,The toilet running all the time when flushed the molding in the bathroom and out in the room itself.the curtains was filthy dirty.i stay here lots.And have been four years but wasn’t impressed with this room at all.225.The staff was very nice and friendly that was on all weekend of our stay.But Sorry the review wasn’t the greatest.But maybe if we speak up some work would be done to improve guest staying there and wanting to come back.Laura

Front desk staff very rude and unprofessional! After a 3 day stay with family and having 3 rooms booked the front desk gave me a hassle checking in and tried to make things harder on purpose so she didn’t have to check us in! Felt a really negative vibe and lots of disrespect from The front desk it’s like she was having a bad day and taking it out on guests
