Changed hotel pet policy without informing guests, then denied doing so afterwards, have photo image of their posted policy change for the weekend. Discriminatory practices, where they pick and choose when to enact their policy.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. Very clean and good prices. Nice and quite and cleaning staff always willing to say good morning. Very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would recommend this place.

A friend and I stayed here recently for 5 nights for work. He enjoyed the gym and we were able to get breakfast added to our stay. The hotel was clean and quiet and the beds were comfy. The one thing I didn't like was the pillows were too big. Overall a great stay!!!

Our first room they gave us had vertical blinds and 3 pieces were missing so we asked for a different room. They were very accommodating to this. The room we stayed in the beds were extra firm and all the pillows were hard and very thick too. We ended up using towels for pillows otherwise we would have never had a decent sleep.

Very good hotel. it is close to the yellow head and allows for easy commute across Edmonton. I have had work colleagues stay there as it is close to our office and they always have a great stay. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

First, there was not luggage cart upon arrival. After a significant wait and a search by staff none could be found anywhere. The staff fairly indicated that sometimes guests keep them in their room but they need to plan for that. The next morning there were still no luggage carts. I did not see one my entire stay. The fix is easy you have extra somewhere and staff go and get an extra when required and store some when there is to many. Second, not a big issue but there was multiple bird droppings on outside of window and it was clear that window had not been cleaned on outside in quite a while, likely there is no set schedule for this. Third, again not a big issue but it would be nice to check the menu for the restaurant prior to going in and sitting down. There is a menu online but it does not have any prices. Pro: they have free coffee in the lobby if you get up before the restaurant opens.

The staff was fantastic and there was a mix up with our reservation and we were up graded to King Suite. Very clean rooms and awesome restaurants. Great value worth checking out. My only complaint is there are no other restaurants within walking distance.

A beautiful hotel at the north edge of Edmonton on the way to St. Albert. Large free parking lot, wide halls, microwaves and mini fridges, comfortable beds. No free breakfast and the doors to the hallways are quite thin (easy to hear voices). Shower only in bathroom. Our stay was quite affordable (114 a night). A good option if you need to be at the north part of the city.

Nice location right off the highway. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are really clean. We did use the gym, it had free weights, a cable machine and a few cardio machines but it was not as clean. The lady who checked us in was super nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again

I travel a lot for business in BC, but I come here when visiting family in Alberta. I love this hotel. The location is great for accessing Edmonton and St Albert easily. The room rates are great, and I love that the Executive and Jr Suites are not much more expensive than standard rooms, so we always book these rooms. The Prime Rib Buffet is awesome for lunch, and very reasonably priced. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. Mary Rose and the rest of the staff take very good care of us every time. Also, I want to recognize Lindsay who always makes everything easy. Honestly, when we stay here we don't feel as though we have to hope (or plead) for good service, we just get it. Hats off to you Lindsay and team! We all love staying here and we will always recommend you. Keep on being awesome!
