Staff were great, pillows weren’t very good and only two on the bed so made for a less than perfect sleep. No complementary breakfast. However, for downtown Edmonton they had pretty cheap parking and it was secured underground.

We went to a concert but during night we were woken up by a couple of women arguing very loud, yelling and cursing for a very long period where we were starting to get afraid that someone would get hurt some so we called the front desk. They were contacted by a few rooms due to noise.

The hotel is very nice. I always stress when parking overnight in Edmonton. Great staff. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years; however we both found the beds in our room to be uncomfortable.

Staff at the front desk were great to deal with, assisted with the parking and made our check-in quite simple. Had an excellent river view room, which we'd requested. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edmonton!

Wifi was not working properly, bed was uncomfortable for me and our room didn’t have a fridge and microwave, had to call front desk. But it was clean, the view was nice. That’s all that mattered to me honestly

Front desk staff was very friendly amd check in was smooth and quick. We had booked on the concierge floor so enjoyed a little cocktail hour over looking the river valley. We did not partake in the included breakfast. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Walkable to so many downtown venues, or short walk to transit. One of our favorite downtown hotels, and the cincierge floor elevates the stay

This hotel needs a major upgrade. Really showing its age. Took 5 attempts to enter room. Door card never did work. Staff had to let me in, promised door would be fixed when I went out for dinner. Late evening still not fixed and maintenance had to open door for me. Bed comfortable but poor choice of bed linens quality. Top sheet too short. Unfortunately am booked to stay again end of the month.

Staff was excellent. Location is handy for downtown. You are getting what you pay for as rooms are dated but still clean. Not necessarily set up for business trips as there are no desks or USB power outlets in anybof the rooms.

This was third time staying here, and it is very consistent. I always stay on the concierge floor and the added perks and more recently renovated rooms make it worth it for sure. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming!
