Especially High marks for service and security. Houskeeping called do alert us that towels were on the way and then checked back to make sure all was delivered and OK. Pool and surrounding was always clean and neat . Not a lot of kids so much quieter than Grand Desert. pool .A little off the strip but shuttle was provided and Lyft cost about $8.00 to center of strip.

I arrived at about 5am Monday morning from an 8 hr layover in Chicago. Fortunately my check in went really quick. I got up to my room and it was very spacious and nice. I was very tired so I jumped in the shower and went straight to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed my week there and look forward to visiting again.

Wyndham offering show tickets to do a 2 hrs timeshare pitch. The 2 hrs turned into 4 hrs and they just kept coming up with more stuff. Then when we didnt buy they cared nothing to even get us back to our hotel. Bad practices!!!

This resort was top notch. One of the nicest I have visited. Very well trained, courteous staff. Clean and neat property. Very well maintained and well run. Starting with Deshane at the front desk. He always addressed us by name and the other staff was just as great. I have stayed at numerous timeshare properties over the past 20 years and this was one of the tops. Also nice having complimentary valet as well as great shuttle service to the strip.

The beauty of a timeshare room is that it is supposed to feel like a home and you can cook good food for yourself. There are a lot of problems I see with this suite: 1) terrible floorplan- you walk in to a dark kitchenette with a table attached to the wall that no one will ever use for dining or workspace. It was ok for organizing things. Even though the suite was incredibly small , I found myself walking and walking back and forth and around trying to use it. 2) Kitchenette should be a kitchen. There is a microwave and refrigerator. Why pay the extra money if there is no stove, no dishwasher, no dining space sace. We ended up having to buy frozen food to cook. The grills are WAY down by the pool and very inconvenient. 3) No washer/dryer either. And no common use appliances either. Positives- nice finishes, friendly staff, usable business center, great pool area. Overall, you are better off with a large hotel room than this chopped up, inefficient suite.

The hotel was absolutly beautiful. It was not on the strip so that made it a little issue if you wanted to go there but they did have buses that went often. The pool, staff and rooms were great everything you would want. We went to a time share which is what this hotel is and I was very dissappointed by some of the staff there on the way they treated me and my quest. I will not say anything negative about the hotel though

Great location. Close to strip yet far enough away to be relaxing- even for Vegas! Amenities were excellent and just what we needed! Loved hanging out at the pool during the day and at night. Great atmosphere!

You would love this place. It has a nice atmosphere and is totally not the same as all those other casinos by the Strip. The pool is very fun and the environment is lively. Retreats are scheduled with friendly and supportive staff. The staffs are very fun to talk with and their recreational center has many fun games for kids. They have activities for both kids and adults to enjoy as well as complimentary snacks and games every day. Desert Blue has definitely made my stay at Las Vegas a memorable one.

Room was OK, a tight squeeze for family of 5 ( 3 kids had to share the bed) and we were told there were no rollaways available. Nice kitchen area but only a microwave, and no cleaning throughout our 4 day stay at all. Pool area was really nice, with games set around, that was the highlight. Very obvious hard selling of timeshare going on relentlessly, we managed to say no to a presentation but I think that meant we got no further assistance at all. It's too hot to walk to the Strip, they do supply a regular bus shuttle though. Again, with 5 of us it was a 2 taxi option without the bus so that was really annoying. No washer/Dryer service anywhere in the hotel. Nowhere walkable to buy food. Would not go back.

We stayed in a studio which had a wall that split the living room and bedroom so you felt like it was a one bedroom. This was on the 2nd floor which is the same floor where they do their timeshare presentation although they are in a different section and other side of where guests stay. We had 4 adults and the king bed was comfortable; the sofa bed was doable. The mini fridge was big enough to fit to-go containers, drinks and other items we had. They have a microwave which we used to make / heat up things. It does not have a stove. It has a coffee maker and toaster and dishwasher. There is no washer or dryer in studios. The best part of this place is their daily activity which has an activity for kids and for adults. For example, they would have an activity at the pool at a certain hour, then another activity in the arts & crafts room the next hour, and then a game and drink in the game room later. They would have happy hour or something like that where adults can get a free margarita or two or whatever they are serving that day. That's what was fun since it was free and good (not much alcohol which was fine for us). The pools are nice and they have games all around the turf grass area which you can play / use. It's a really nice place and they even have valet should you choose to do that. Definitely would go back if I can get it through RCI (timeshare) again.
