The property had dead grass and dead trees. The dishwasher was broken and leaked when started up.The faucet wouldn't turn off in one of the bathrooms.There was dust on all the blinds.The pots and pans were crusted with food.There were no pool chairs other than the chairs and tables.No access to the garage - which would have been fine if the pool chairs had been accessible.The stucco on the driveway had large chunks taken out.

The house is fairly clean but dated and there are multiple things in the house that need to be updated including bathrooms, vent covers, blinds, linens and shower-heads.The kitchen is nice and the size/location was great but unfortunately we found multiple plugs throughtout the house that did not work or worked temporarily until the cord moved. While shower towels were provided, they were well used and frayed around the edges. I was extremely disappointed in the pool. I assume that if you are listing a pool/spa in the house description that both are ready for use. After reading a few reviews that mentioned the pool, I reached out to the property to make sure we could use it. I was told that yes the pool/spa was ready to use. The spa is hot but if we wanted to the pool to be heated, there would be an additional 150 charge (not mentioned in the listing) . I decided to splurge and get the heated pool but unfortunately the pool never did heat up and the spa was room temperature at best. The pool with the rental was a big draw for our group. No pool towels were provided. This is not a bad place to stay but it really is the bare minimum that a rental place can offer.

House pictured is not the actual house. However, the home was big and beautiful. Everything was dirty. Could not cook or prepare anything. All cookware and Dining ware was dirty. Coffee pot was moldy. Bugs in the stove broiler and cabinets. Host was very adamant about the barbecue cleanliness. Yet it was disgustingly kept. Host threatened additional charges for touching the thermostat, yet it changed itself throughout the night and days. Unbearable hot at night and frigid days. TV’s had to be reconnected because wiring was disconnected. None would work in the bedrooms. My family made the most of it. Even though the price of the stay reflected a luxury stay.

Total garbage, right from the start of just booking this place we were promised a email with the information on how to access the place 48 hours prior to our stay. We start heading over to the place and notice there wasn’t any information for the place in the app or our email so naturally we follow up with the question “hey just wanted to let you know we don’t have the information yet to the place and are wondering if maybe we gave you the wrong information or if there was a tech error could you resend the information to access the place?” No response and we are waiting outside hoping to enter the house during the hot weather. An hour goes by and we think we have been scammed so naturally we reach out to Vrbo to get a refund. Vrbo tried contacting the owner and got no response just like us and so the refund starts going through and finally this piece of work sends an email with the information about 3 hours later so we call the number and this man answers the phone saying he sent the information in a very rude tone and when we say we are working on a refund. He raised his voice and stated “you’re not getting a refund” and here we are with my money back in my pocket and vacation ruined. Would highly recommend a hotel over ever choosing to stay here!

Bait and SWITCH!

Property advertised is false! Not the property in the pictures . If you’re looking for a do it yourself Vacation than might be for you. Property is not maintained and garage not accessible and TV in master doesn’t work . Weird driveway made parking more than one vehicle difficult. I specifically asked the owner about if the Hot Tub and pool were functional, she never replied (after arriving find a note to call Allen for instructions) I got a nice tutorial on pool heater operation and after several calls and about an hour and a half of my labor we got heat started for the Hot Tub but the pool cleaner was just for show and appeared to have not worked in some time. Towel and toilet paper holders were all absent or broken and nonfunctional. The ice maker was outrageously loud only to be topped by the old dishwasher, it sounded much like the Battle Bots competition we took in while there. The worst part of the house however is the windows, the property backs to a major thoroughfare and if the windows were half decent shouldn’t be a problem, but they are so bad that I repeatedly checked to see if someone had opened them because it literally sounded as if they were nonexistent, and traffic was continuous and even some street racing throughout the night. To top it off the owner’s instructions say that you can’t adjust Thermostat below 75 degrees which means that upstairs rooms are 78 and uncomfortable and the ceiling fan in 2 story living room doesn’t work. Definitely Not Worth It!

Amazing Stay!

Vacation paradise was perfect for our family! We were celebrating with additional family at South Point. Very close and easy to access everything we needed. There was a small glitch when we arrived, property manager was very helpful and quickly responded! Great place!!!

I have never stay in a place like this, nice property, but little improvement desperate needed as far as making the customer's stay more pleasant and convenience.

House is not as advertised, but still alright

Just FYI, if you’re looking for the house in the picture, this isn’t it. It’s similar in color, but the layout is different. I don’t know if the owner is being paranoid about people trying to find the house from the listing (which makes sense) or not, but just be aware that if your looking for the house that looks like this from the outside, it isn’t this house. Overall the home was very pleasant and in a nice location. The pool was freezing, which is good if you want a place to get cool in the hot Las Vegas sun. The hot tub was wonderful, but I had to become somewhat of an expert on how it all works to use it. Thankfully, the phone number for the real expert was easily accessible, and he patiently walked me through all 847 steps to make it all work! :) The only problems we had were the lack of towels, wastebasket liners, and air flow in the house. There weren’t any towels in the bathrooms or bedrooms, but hidden in a cupboard at the top of the stairs, and in the bathrooms there were rolls of paper towels for us to use in place of hand towels. The air conditioning is not allowed to be below 70, and is programmed to stay at about 75 without constant intervention, which was a problem for our cold loving Scandinavian family. Is 68 too much to ask for? LOL! Also, there is no way to turn the ceiling fan on in the living room to get the air moving. Overall, I would stay here again, but I would be sure to bring my own fan, towels, and wastebasket liners.

Cute little house

The house and pool are smaller than the photos seem. The hot tub wasnt hot it runs into the pool, so i am not sure how it is supposed to be a hot tub. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is nice, the rooms are nice sizes. The outlets are a pain because the cord doesnt atay in them. If you have an issue with stairs id book somewhere else. There are i believe 16 steps in one go to get to the top floor. Communication was easy and they were helpful with oir needs.

Beautiful Home

Blessed to have found this gem. Not only was booking extremely easy but also the house and pool were well kept. We stayed for originally 3 nights but needed the extra night last minute. We contacyed the owner and they were quick to respond with any questions we had. I gave 4 stars for description because the house from the outside is different from the one we rented. Although, it was still a beautiful well kept home.I will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you so much for letting us staying in this lovely home..

Unsafety, No response, Terrible!

The place look good but when you are in the place is unsafe in summer 115 deegrees ( A/C doesnt work ) we had to sleep in the car, we tryed to contact the host and he resonsed 4 hours later . After contacted him never fix the A/C and we had to left the house to be safe with my kids . the Host Charged us the stay its not fair. The most terrible vacations with my family . Never comeback to that house.
