This was a very pleasant surprise for a Las Vegas vacation. It is so nice to be right next to the strip, and yet , not on it. Excellent location. Free parking. Quiet place, easy to sleep. What is wonderful bus what it doesn't have. No cigarette smoke. No slot machines. No endless noise. You get to visit Vegas, but no take the commotion to bed with you every night. Awesome !
This place is brand new and everything is so clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved staying here. Anita made us feel like celebrities. I choose to stay on the side of the hotel facing the view of the magnificent casinos . The view was nice but there was traffic sound that was a little bothersome. The rooms on this side were queen beds only but these rooms are amazing. Extremely comfortable.
Not very welcoming checkin. No information about parking. Pool area very loud-traffic noise from the intersection. Room new and breakfast ok. Overall good choice but compare the rates, maybe a strip hotel is not more expensive.
I just stay 1 night for business trip to Las Vegas Monday of 3rd week of September. It’s new hotel and clean. I usually stay on strip but it’s only 1 night and we check in 7pm check out 7am next morning. Did not use any facility but saw nice size pool and gym. Of coarse clean and new. I got upgraded to nice room and it’s clean and comfortable. Amenities are not variety. Las Vegas room rate is very flexible and I checked the price day I was stay were very expensive, but I use point so no problem. No Casino, perfect for business trip. They serve breakfast too and it’s ok. Parking was free! It’s nice. I drove van and seems like parking was not tall enough, but it was barely ok. Plenty parking space available. Many restaurants are around and near freeway location. 英語での評価を書きましたが反映されませんね。 何故かわかりません。 50文字以上書いているのですが。 調べて連絡が欲しいです。
We stayed here for one night the Friday before Labor Day weekend. I did mobil check in before arrival but Mobil key was still not ready when we arrived at 9pm. Upon check in the front desk informed me that Mobil key is not available at their location. We have selected the corner suite & got room 419. The room seemed modern & clean. But unfortunately after settling in the room we found that the TV would not turn on. & of course my kids would not have it. Front desk informed me that there is no maintenance staff on site till morning but she was nice enough to come upstairs herself to see if she can figure things out for me. Unfortunately that didn’t work either. We ended up having to pack up & switch to room 413. By then we just want to vege out in bed & watch TV since we’d just driven 5 hours from LA. Well, one of the bed sheets had stain on it but we were too tired to deal with it so we just tried to avoid that spot & hope for the best. Free Breakfast at this location and included cheese omelette, sausage, oatmeals, cereals, yogurt, coffee, self served fresh waffle etc. It was a pain to have to deal with the issues when we arrived tired with little kids but for the friendly staff, modern rooms & got breakfast I might be willing to give it another try.
We loved it here. We booked for 5 people - they had difficulties even though Expedia said it had two Queens and a single. Hotel gave us additional blow up bed though which has worked. Very modern. Kitchen good / pool great and breakfast very good. Gym also very good. Location good we felt. Easy to get around from. You can do a 15 min walk to the strip (although not a nice walk). But easy to drive to Fremont street, outlets and the Venetian (hotel on strip with free parking). We loved the strip. Staff very helpful here as well. Our son lost his AirPods at the gym though and we feel staff could have helped find them more - which is why I am not giving it 5*.
I usually don't complain but this stay was just getting worst every seconds. First, I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights with 2 queens. We got 2 rooms with 1 king without being advised of the change until I called 2 nights prior the reservation that I booked 6 months prior. The manager argued that it was impossible I booked that far ahead as the hotel was not opened. I had to show her the email. Then, we had to insist to get a reduced price on both rooms as they messed up both rooms, not just one. The only night we planned on taking the shuttle, it was cancelled last minute as there was only one employee that night to manage the hotel. When I arrived, I gave a new credit card and just realized that 2 unknown amounts were debited and refunded on the 2nd day of my stay on another credit card. As a Canadian credit card holder, the refunded amount was less than the debited amount due to the exchange rate. There goes $15 for what? I dont know. No one said that an amount was to be debited on an old credit card. The manager finally gave us a better price on both rooms and mentioned that because it was my birthday, she would also add 10,000 points to my Marriott account because of the mess we had to deal with. Never seen these points. Valued Marriott member? No. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely not. If you already booked a room there, make sure you confirm. They said that had to contact lots of people who booked between their opening and end of July.
We stayed here for one night to break up the trip home. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. This is a new hotel built from the ground up. The rooms are beautiful and include a kitchenette. The shower was lovely and the bathroom products were topnotch. It is very convenient to the strip - just a short walk to MGM Grand to see a show. There was no extra charge for parking. The staff is very friendly. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to a friend.
We spent a week here and were highly satisfied!! The staff was all friendly and helpful. New place only been open a few months. The suites were wonderful and beds were comfortable! Breakfast was included and the options were great! Close to Strip; just far enough off that it was quiet but was close enough to walk. Will stay here again if we go to Vegas in the future.
This hotel is new, so very clean. The room was enough big so that you can be relaxed. The hotel is located just behind the Strip and really near to the airport, so very convenient. If you don't have to play casino all day long, I would recommend this hotel.
