The Crown Jewel: Top-Floor Penthouse Duo @ MGM Signature
38th Floor | 1,500 Sq. Ft. | 2BR/3BA | The Best Views in Vegas

Why settle for a standard hotel room when you can own the skyline? Welcome to the only privately owned, front-corner facing Strip-view penthouses on the 38th floor of Tower 3. Need More? A placard in the suite provides contact info for our private housekeeping service, who can provide mid-stay refreshes, extra towels, and supplies for a nominal fee.

Supplies: We provide 6 towels per suite and a "starter kit" of toiletries/paper products. For longer stays, we recommend bringing extras or visiting a nearby shop. Both bathrooms have have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Laundry: Stays of 7+ days enjoy free access to washers and dryers. Ask us about this.

VALET & CHECK-IN
Free Valet: Complimentary for one car per suite. (Note: If the Signature garage reaches capacity, staff may route you to the MGM Grand garage; walking instructions are provided in our Welcome Guide).

Requirements: Primary guest must be 21+. A standard $100/night ($300 max) incidental hold is required at check-in via credit card.

The view, Amazing! We loved sitting and watching the sphere, great photos too. Need garbage pick up and more coffee. A towel service would be helpful and pool was only open till 5:00 pm. The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable and jetted tub was great. Bit of a walk to the MGM casino.

Beautiful property for Vegas trip

This place was just as advertised. Absolutely beautiful. Took my 21-year old twin sons for their first Vegas trip, so we needed both rooms and the space for them, and my wife and me. This place is great. Owner was responsive when I emailed him a question, and the Signature staff was good at check-in/check-out too. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful penthouse with excellent hosts!

Stayed here with a group of close friends for our trip to Vegas. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and had all of the essentials there. The host was very responsive and accommodating during our stay, which made the experience all the better. This location is very close to the Vegas strip, which makes it a very convenient stay if you want to experience the Vegas strip. Thank you!

The condo is great with two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. That extra bathroom works well when getting ready to go out. We liked the balcony to sit out and enjoy a drink. Excellent place however a few suggestions

Would suggest a more detailed list of items available for use. When we flew in from out of state, we were expecting more items to use for cooking and cleaning up. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Salt and pepper, dishwasher soap etc. would have been nice to have. No extra blankets for the pullout couches A little disappointed based on other VRBO places we’ve stayed. Great place- just a few suggestions.

Great Property Close to the Vegas Strip

My family and I recently stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday. The rooms are beautiful and the views are amazing from the balcony. It worked very well for our family to have 3 bathrooms, the property is close to the strip, and the pool area is clean and spacious . I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future!
