We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Las Vegas. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Our suite was spacious and well laid out, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. The beds were comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always welcoming and ready to assist with anything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and family-friendly. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Strip while still being away from the noise and crowds. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

Staff are not welcoming comparative to others hotels that I have stay . Starting with front desk Asian lady she look like she had a bad night but most of the time she was like that . We stay 4 nights . They need a variety of food is the same thing over for fruit it was only one option banana for 2 day orange for one and apples for the other day . Egg and sausage, oatmeal , Cheerios. The staff that work during breakfast need more welcoming . It’s disappointing because you want to stay in welcoming place. They charge 24 dollars per day for parking it’s kind of pricey . The suite are clean and nice . I definitely don’t recommend it .

1. when we arrived, we found out the beds in the room we reserved were not clean and they had to give us another room. 2. They illegally charged us additional $566.90 claiming that they detected smoke in the room. They charged my credit card after we left. We don not smoke. To us, it is a treligious prohibition. Daily, The cleaning lady replaced the towels and tied up the room. In a smoke free environment, they should have detected the smoke and immediately informed the management. I stayed 7 nights! If there was actually a smoke, they should have warned us and even kicked us out the hotel. Total fabrication to swindle money! I called 4 times and spent couple of hours waiting on the phone before I was able to talk to someone in operation who just received my complaint and sent the management at SpringHill by Marriott to explain the additional credit card charges. Their email response, without any proof, we charged the additional fees because we detected smoke in the room. ( after we checked out!)

Room was overall clean and comfortable. We booked 2 rooms; both rooms had issues with bathroom doors (the lock was broken, didn't work), one of the rooms' shower light didn't work (perhaps blown bulb), I notified the front desk, was told they'll fix it right away, it was never done. The biggest disappointment was food/breakfast - limited and poor choices - basically bagels every single day. Only ONE choice of fruit (e.g., banana one day, apple next day etc.), and even then it was not enough, it ran out quickly. No non-meat items, no hash brown or any other choices. There is a single pancake machine but the line was long. They don't have coffee past the breakfast hours (most hotels usually have coffee at lobby throughout the day). Overall, it felt really lackluster, limited, unappealing for a Marriott property.
