Another Lovely Stay

I have rented this property several times for our employees and have never been disappointed. Brooke is an excellent host, she's so easy to communicate with, kind and takes great care of her properties. She is easily one of my favorite hosts to work with and I look forward to booking her for our hard working employees again and again!

Brooke's place was immaculately clean. Felt so at home, it had everything we needed clearly labeled with detailed instructions, modern and new. Great art and overall decor.We don't gamble so we were not interested in staying on the strip. Perfect location for visiting Chinatown, the Arts District, the strip and the Sphere for a few shows. Unit includes a covered parking space which is a plus during hot weather. Communication with Brooke was always within minutes.Great host, great stay!

super cozy and clean apartment!

it was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful, very clean and well furnished apartment! We had everything we needed in there, and there was plenty of space. The closet is amazing! In the kitchen you can find everything you need. There is Wifi, air-condition, washing mashine, dryer and a dishwasher. The condo is located in a private neighborhood with pool and close to the strip (just 10 to 15 min. by car). It is very quiet. Around the corner you will find some good restauraunts. We would absolutelly stay there again!

Perfect spot

We were in Vegas for a festival and called this place home for a few days! The place was clean and comfortable- exactly as listed. Everything you need was available. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The only thing we can note is not a negative about the vrbo or host themselves at all, but rather location if you’re not driving your own vehicle. Ubers and lifts to the strip can be expensive especially with events in the area. Lyft was much more reliable than uber! Overall, we had a fantastic stay here and would definitely be back next time we’re in Vegas.

Nice, quiet place to stay

Had excellent communications with the property manager. The location is indeed very close to the strip. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The dishwasher was reasonably quite. The washer and dryer int he unit were very handy. The layout of the condo complex is less than optimal, but nothing can be done about that. Overall, I would stay there again.

These owners put thought into everything. Very comfortable and clean with all amenities we needed. Had plenty of items stocked and available which we have had an issue with on other properties. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, soap, pillows and blankets. Will stay again!

Lovely time in Red Rocks

Super clean, comfy place with all needed amenities provided. The only detraction is the road noise, as was mentioned in other reviews. Not being a city person, it was hard to adjust to.

Comfy/enjoyable stay!

The property was exactly as listed, was very clean, and the host answered all communications very quickly. There is a bit of street noise that you can hear -- it didn't bother us too much when sleeping, but you can hear it from the bedrooms. The home was very spacious and had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to stay near Vegas and off the strip!
