Hotel canceled my reservation with no notice or attempted contact because I didn't check in by a specific time
It’s “called” a resort, not even . No pool or jacuzzi. Loud hollering people slamming doors repeatedly. My room is as probably the worst one location wise. Next to the dog area and restaurant drive thru. I requested a different room, but they couldn’t accommodate me. Families were playing soccer on the grass. It felt as though a lot of people reside there. I felt like I was staying in an apartment building.
Very clean, newly renovated. No microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker in the room (did have a wine refrigerator....). Not realistic for some of rates they charged. Perfectly acceptable for low online rate we paid. No breakfast or coffee in lobby.
Liked the room upgrades. Been staying here for 4 years now. Not happy that the pool hasn’t been available
Very nice place. Need a breakfast
The hotel is next to the liquor store. Did not feel safe staying with family. someone started cleaning the streets at 3 am.
Its nothing like the Rumour. They charge $30 hotel service fee per day but didnt even have coffee to offer, no amenities…nothing. The place is sketchy and unsafe.
We didnt spend much time at the property but seemeed quiet and room was clean.
The pool was nice and I enjoyed our rooms. Just wish they had breakfast
Brand new build out, very new modern design and fixtures. Very new and clean. Will consider returning again. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and stores.
My stay was very nice. I absolutely enjoyed it. Always clean and conveniently located. When I travel to Las Vegas again, I will be sure to reserve a room at the Serene Hotel.
It was much more comfortable than what I expected for a boutique hotel. It’s right next to a dispensary and close by other things that aren’t as important like food and stuff.
Not recommend
I had stayed years ago in this property, I like the renovation. I was looking forward to the jacuzzi but it was not in use. I am sure the property will look and feel safer/better once all the construction is finished!
