The hotel is next to the liquor store. Did not feel safe staying with family. someone started cleaning the streets at 3 am.

Its nothing like the Rumour. They charge $30 hotel service fee per day but didnt even have coffee to offer, no amenities…nothing. The place is sketchy and unsafe.

We didnt spend much time at the property but seemeed quiet and room was clean.

The pool was nice and I enjoyed our rooms. Just wish they had breakfast

Brand new build out, very new modern design and fixtures. Very new and clean. Will consider returning again. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and stores.

My stay was very nice. I absolutely enjoyed it. Always clean and conveniently located. When I travel to Las Vegas again, I will be sure to reserve a room at the Serene Hotel.

It was much more comfortable than what I expected for a boutique hotel. It’s right next to a dispensary and close by other things that aren’t as important like food and stuff.

I had stayed years ago in this property, I like the renovation. I was looking forward to the jacuzzi but it was not in use. I am sure the property will look and feel safer/better once all the construction is finished!

Seems to be undergoing a big renovation- Amenities where sparse

It’s was okay stay over all prices was decent had a good weekend

It’s not worth it. Staff was rude rooms were not clean. Had no tissue in the room. Only 1 entrance and exit which is only three main lobby. And the ice machine is which is in the back center.

Horrible from check in to check out, enjoy your stay somewhere else

Overall experience was good. Kind of sucked that we couldn’t smoke on the balcony just to relax after a long day on the strip, and the jacuzzi tub inside of the bedroom wasn’t able to be used. But overall ok.

Don’t do it. It’s nothing like the advertisement the place is a mess homeless people all around and security is cool. But walking around to catch you smoking to forfeit the deposit. Bait and switch for sure Ps dont do it

This property is run down. They have jacuzzi bath tubs in the rooms but there is a sign at the front desk saying that only the showers work. If there is a bath in the room, it does not work. In my opinion that’s ghetto. They also don’t allow access to the key entry side gates which would be way more convenient for when you are carrying your luggage/belongings in. Instead, they have it so you have to enter and exit through the main doors at the front desk.

I liked the alert security who never skipped a chance to ask to see your room key.

This property is in a crime filled area with a lot of shady people around.
