Mostly it felt out dated and was quite smaller than I expected, but I felt safe enough, it was a great location within the city to access anything pretty quickly. I spoke to staff daily and they were always quick and kind to help. I gave a 4 overall due to that feeling of it can only get so clean because it's old.

I found bugs in my bedsheets twice. The first looked like a ground beetle, but the second was a flea, which became a big bloody stain when I squished it. I checked a day earlier and had to disinfect all my belongings when I arrived home. I showed videos to Jessica at the front desk when I checked out.

The prices were high for this motel. The shower super small, the house keeping was sitting on our bed on her phone. She only gave us more bar soaps. Trash was still full and I had to ask for clean towels. They have gnats and mosquitoes. I do have pictures of my bites from the mosquitos.

I am appalled that you gave them the stars you did. This place was scary, dirty and moldy. The rooms wer not clean. I was afraid to leave my room. It’s such a disappointment that I spent my money and had to leave to go another hotel where I could relax to go to sleep and feel my belongs were safe. Staff on the front desk very very unhelpful ... 3 days before they cleaned room ! There for 2 weeks never again! Chamber maids all of them all looked un happy and when passing any of them no smiles... when asked about check out and if they have a place to put my case No Storage check out 11am and my flight was not until 10pm that day! So i had to keep my belongings with me all day very poor service no safe in rooms! So for the entire 2 weeks i had to carry all my passport . Phone.. credit cards.. cash $1900 with me for the entire holiday! I was not happy with this and did not feel safe all the time on holiday no fridge no tea coffee machine in the room very poor

The property needs an update and a good paint job. Questionable people hanging around property day and night. We were in a back building, top floor, so it was quiet, asked for a non smoking room, but was put in one. We requested a change, and received that immediately. Close to the strip, allowed pets.

Not clean

The room I was given was not as advertised. For example, the room I paid for was a “Non-Smoking room” however, I found cigarette burn holes on my comforter. Next, were the sheets and the mattress, both equally covered in dark yellow stains and looked like they hadn't been washed in a while. Last, was the bathroom where there were dead bugs covering the floor to the point you couldn't reach the shower without stepping on one. Front desk service was decent and did not argue when I asked for a refund for my room that I did not stay in.

Check in and check out is fast and easy. The older gentleman for check in was nice but the blonde check out lady needs a better attitude for working in costumer service. The room when we walked in looked clean but the blankets and towels had hairs, the shower head is disgusting it needs to be replaced. The sink drain needs to be fixed, the water would take forever to go down.

The room only has a table and chair. No drawers, cupboard etc.or anywhere to empty your suitcase. There were coat hangers. Only a shower (No bath) but it was adequate. Room service appeared only 4 times out of 9 . Large pool and surrounding chairs. Tea/Coffee available in morning
