Convenient located on the strip. Needs updated, elevators need to be cleaned, had used soap in the shower on our first day of check in

The Pyramid double queen room was a lot bigger than I expected so that was very nice having that extra space.

The room I was in the first night was terrible. We stayed in a pyramid room, and it was hot and did not smell good. We called to let the staff know how uncomfortable we were and they gladly moved us to the tower rooms where it was much more comfortable.

Clean rooms and facilities. However long walk to the strip.

I just love the Luxor. Great service, location and amenities.

Everything about the Luxor was old and run down. The overall dinginess of the place left us disappointed. The bedding was old and “crunchy”, the entrances were filthy, and in general it was dirty and old.

Long lines constantly; even at 1 am. Not staff adequately!!

Great for my first time visiting can’t wait to come back

The service was really friendly and they were all the time trying to help if you have any questions!

Staff very attentive. Room was very basic, but clean. Dinner buffet was way overpriced for what was available.

Excellent Service, location, restaurants and pool. Do not like housekeeping personnel knocking at your door at 8:00AM, with the famous pen, and before you answer they are right next to your bed. Everything else is excellent.

MGM advertised their new check in app to avoid lines during check in. System was down and we had to wait in line anyway !!! Check in clerk wrote down the wrong room number and we had trouble finding our room! Room was in poor shape with a huge water stain of ceiling. The shower did not drain as well.

OUTSTANDING front desk and guest relations staff and management!

A/C didn't work. Staff not friendly or helpful. Discriminates against disabled people.
