A little confusing to find the entrance it does all feel like a bit of a maze especially if you go through the Cosmopolitan hotel. A quick check in which was definitely needed after a long flight from the UK. Given lots of info about the surrounding area, nice helpful reception staff. Our room was clean although dated but this only added to the charm I guess. The bed was huge & comfy. It had a fully equipt kitchen with huge oven, microwave & fridge. The down points, the shower had no power I understand it's the middle of the dessert & they need to save water but I needed to stay in longer to wash the bubbles out of my hair so probably still wasted water. Also there was something that sounded like the toilet kept flushing even through the night so that disturbed our sleep. It's a central location on the strip & easy to get places. If you're getting an uber you will need to go to the cosmopolitan hotel next door for pick up, well I did as couldn't figure it any other way on the app. I never heard timeshares mentioned, had no resort or additional fees on check out & everyone was always polite. As my first trip to Las Vegas I really enjoyed it & would reccomend the Jockey Club to others
Really good location just between the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio Resorts. The room was updated and clean. The kitchen was a nice addition and allowed us to escape some of the higher priced meals at the resorts. It came with all necessary appliances. It was convenient to get to and close to the entrances to both casinos.
Checked in on 23 September at 4 pm room was just ready given room1516 on floor 5. The room was clean and tidy then I opened the curtains they was this wall. Then we noticed no safe we were given a small safe deposit box no space to put I pad in then we were informed if we lose the key we will be charged 1500 dollars yes 1500 dollars back in the room a large notice clearly stated we take no responsibility for any items left in the room so where do we put I pad I received no reply . The only thing good about the jockey club is that location. We have been to Las Vegas over 10 times and never given a review like this.
Our stay at the Jockey Club was very comfortable with all the amenities in the one bedroom apartment provided to us. The kitchen was well supplied and the bedroom was comfortable and spacious enough. All furnishings were a bit dated and the kitchen did not have luxury upgrades at all. The apartment was cleaned and refreshed to our satisfaction with bath amenities supplied each day liberally. The Jockey Club has basement parking that is fairly easily accessed. They had a little store on the main level for simple food and supplies. A hospitality room provided coffee, hot chocolate and fresh popped popcorn throughout the day. There were some special events for owners but we did not participate in any of those events. Staff was always courteous and helpful.
This place was amazing. Beautiful large room with view of belagio fountains. Also pool was open 24 hrs! Staff were lovely. Wonderful added extras like shuttle bus to premium outlets and freemont street. Will stay here again.
Surrounded by Cosmopolitan, with connecting elevator, the Jockey Club is an older, but well maintained property. Most units are time shares and the owners have a board of directors to attend to any issues. There are workers everywhere cleaning. We stayed in the Derby Tower suite #370. Clean, nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen, great king bed, sitting area, dining area, small bathroom with two grab bars in the shower. Very private outdoor pool (never gets sun), fully equipped gym, great hot tub and sauna. Plenty of pool towels. Negative is that there’s no food services available. Valet parking is free for handicapped.
The Jockey Club is a time share property, but rents rooms as well. The staff were very attentive to my needs. The suite was very large but a bit dated. I choose to stay here because the hotel is centrally located to all the best hotels for shopping and dining..
Situated between Cosmopolitan and Bellagio but back a bit the Jockey Club is ideally located for the Strip action. Rooms are big with full kitchen. It is a timeshare. Great shower. Furniture is dated and our room needs new carpet. Location is fantastic, staff are friendly and helpful and there is also a pool and laundry available. Good price too.
We booked jockey club through one of the large search sites. I think we were lucky they had availability because this place is time-share units so I am not sure if there is always availability to non-time share guests. We got our expectations exceeded on multiple points; firstly is was possible to accommodate our wish for an early check-in. Secondly I had kindly asked for a view over the Bellagio fountains, that was also possible, and third; I had booked 1br 1 ba, but got upgraded to 2br 2ba suite. My booked stay with 1 br1bs had been super fine in size for us a family of 3, but as we also spend quite some time in the condo because of tug in times etc it was just a superior experience and really good value for money to have the lager suite with the good view. I would book this again. The condo complex is 100 m from the strip so easy access to all the fun, it also enough distance for the noise to be of no concern. The condo was super clean and there was a full kitchen, fridge, micro etc to cook. There is washing machine and drier available really cheap and convenient. There is a mini mart next to reception, it has all the basics you will need for a shorter stay to fix a quick snack /breakfast and the staff is super friendly and helpful. On 2nd floor there is a large deck with ping pong tables, gas grill and a large pool. It is 3-8 ft sloping depth so children can use the low end. The pool is nicely in shade so no direct sun to worry about when you have children splashing around for hours. In addition on 2nd floor there is fitness room ( looked to be well equipped with +10 machines) and a hot tub. (Fitness and hot tub only for 18+) The temperature and ventilation in the Rooms is very good. I am Always concerned about the air quality in hotels as you sometime end up in rooms wothout ventilation options but the Jockey Club has this fully in control:) We will definitely be back. Never again a hotel stay in Vegas when you can have your own fully equipped condo this centrally located.
Quiet, cozy, and a little dated. Nonetheless, comes with all the amenities of a home away from home. Great staff. Close to all the action. A hidden treasure for sure. My only dislike is that I didnt have a room with a view. My room was facing a brick wall. Which really wasn't that big of a deal because we only came back to the room for hygiene and sleep. Oh, the price compared to other nearby hotels was unbeatable. Sorry about the pics. I took these before checkout. No checking in pics. Also, I had a car rental and found the hotel quite easy to find even though it's on a side street. Excellent location as well, gives you an opportunity to prepare yourself while walking (2 minutes) to the strip. Overall. It was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to all.
