Great hotel. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Awesome location near many restaurants and the freeway. Easy drive to red rock and Vegas strip.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was decent and it was in a good location not too far out of the way. The only thing that bothered me was the shower head...it had seen better days and needed to be replaced.

The room cost about twice what it should have. Smelled like water damage. Bed was very uncomfortable.

We chose this hotel for a family holiday stay. Clean rooms, quiet, friendly staff. The free breakfast was very good.

room was not clean, hair in bathroom, stained carpets and smelly pillows. asked for a frig and it took day and a half to get one. not a great stay.

Excellent non-gaming, non-smoking, clean hotel well suited for a quiet stay.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in the Summerlin/Red Rock area for a family gathering in Vegas. Loved the location since it is away from the Strip and the downtown area, close to lot's of shopping/restaurants and the freeway and close to my son's home in Spring Valley. The hotel was clean, very comfortable, extremely quiet and the staff was simply wonderful. We all loved the full complimentary breakfast and found the facility very family friendly but also seemed to cater to the business traveler as well. Will make this my go to place whenever I come to Vegas to see my son.

The room assigned to us felt really goofy. When we complained, we were assigned another room just like the first. When we complained again we were told the hotel was full because it was Memorial Day weekend. Looks like those two goofy rooms were leftovers waiting for suckers like us. We wound up staying there for all three nights, but it wasn't a very happy stay. The staff was all smiles, but not really helpful during our checkin. May be just the wrong guys were on duty that night, but we just lost confidence in the entire staff. Someone spilled coffee and cream in front of one of the elevators one evening, and we found the spill still there late the following morning. Rather unusual to see that in a major hotel. We are used to staying at Hampton Inn for the good breakfast, but this Hampton run out of simple items like bread, eggs, etc.

We have stayed here several times. We are here to visit family and it is hard to find a non-smoking hotel. This hotel needs upgrades badly! It doesn't appear anyone has ever bothered to address this. We didn't have the housekeeping problems we have had in the past. Overall we had a good stay and as always we enjoy the friendly staff. Hopefully this hotel will do some fixing up.

Clean, wonderful staff, decent breakfast and off the strip! couldn't ask for more, great place to stay!

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The size of the room is ok. The bathroom is big. I would have wanted a fridge inside the room. And they also provide free hot breakfast. The waffles are pretty good that you can make yourself. The staff are also nice!

I booked this for a New Year's visit to my daughter and new grandson. The hotel was right off the beltway so it was very convenient to everywhere. The accommodations were first first rate, especially considering the cost.

This was our 1st time ever staying in a hotel. Stayed two nights. It was my husband and kids. Very relaxing, very clean and we had a good breakfast each morning. Coffee ready at all times. The pool time we spent was awesome. We would definitely do this again =)

It was a nice retreat after an hectic day visiting the strip hotels. Everything is well-appointed and convenient. The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The shower is excellent and it washes all our fatique away. We enjoyed the exercise room and the free breakfast. The internet connection was awfully slow though, and we finally gave up after 15 minutes.

Hotel staff from General Manager to the maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot and cold breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. We wish they had a refrigerator in every room, but they let us use the Hotel's refrigerator for the items that we needed to keep cool. Access to main roadways to all the attractions was easy. The hotel was clean and safe, and my SO could not say enough how nice it was

Pool was warm & clean. Breakfasts were very good. The service was great!

Wonderful hotel. My fiance and I came to Vegas to get married but we wanted to stay off the strip. This hotel was not to far away from the strip so it was convenient but also offered the quiet that we wanted. The suite was beautiful, clean and exactly what we were looking for. There are plenty of stores and restuarants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

friendly and courteous staff

Had a business trip in Las Vegas. This hotel is located away from all of the Vegas excitement, which was nice.

Thank you for your nice comments. We think our location is ideal for those that like the quietness but still close enough to the strip to enjoy the nightlife. Please come stay with us again.
