The view of the mountains and the sphere outside our window was spectacular! The room amenities were amazing and everything was so comfortable. The only disappointing thing was the terrible service at the pool— we got our drinks after a long while but our food never came and no one seemed to care. Also at the tavern inside the hotel they never seated us even though we had a confirmation on our phone.

Relatively new property that is otherwise elegant. Stayed in a suite, which itself was very nice. However, some of the restaurants were not open, many indicated no reservations could be made, and the restaurants were closed after 11 PM. When staying at a nicer resort one would expect to not have to go to a “food court“, with even most of those restaurants not open after you get out of a show.

This entire experience was great. We were there for a Realtor convention and had a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful and top-tier in cleanliness and amenities. I al trying to figure out a way to make my blinds and lights automatic in all rooms of my house now. We ate a lot of meals on the property and did not have a bad experience at any of the places we chose to eat. I would highly recommend that if you are at a large conference, USE ONLINE ordering for the promenade. The pool has to be visited at least once. I think the only negative I could give them is they do not clear towels as quickly as other places to keep the lounge chairs open. Casino staff were great, very friendly, and easy to help at any level. Would stay again.

Our first room had vomit on the floor, smell from the vomit, no toiletries and had not been cleaned. They had booked the grounds at 100% and the first manager said she could do nothing for us but offer a $100 credit. Luckily we found another manager that found a clean room for us and we were able to enjoy the rest of the trip.
