My only complaint about our stay is the ruthlessness of the time share representative that you must talk to before getting your parking pass. I understand it is her job; however when I said I wasn't interested she was extremely rude. Made comments like "I'm just ding my job".

Nice/helpful desk staff, clean spacious rooms, convenient and close to south end of Strip (2 blocks away), GREAT VALUE. They make you go to "concierge" desk in order to pick up your parking pass, this is a timeshare/vacationshare sell, but they will not press if you say you are not interested. Pool is decent, lots of families and kids.

Stayed at this resort in 2016, great location nice staff, resort was ok then. I thought it was below Wyndham standards then but now! Beautiful rooms you could tell that they definitely upgraded the rooms. That was the only knock that I had, the rooms were sub-standard then. Not anymore, had a great time.

We were very happy with our stay! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

the staff was very professional and accommodating. very quiet and relaxing

Great staff nice room will definitely be back great location to the strip

Had a nice stay. Everything was great the staff went out of there way to make you comfortable. Wonderful location.

My family like this hotel. The room and the bath is clean. The area is quiet.

Loved the new room decor, felt like I was staying at a brand new hotel. Although sad to see the shay lounge couches go. The only downfall was pool area. The pool edges had a terrible amount of hand grime. Looked as if the edges hadn't been power washed in years, and the jacuzzi was not hot only like warm.

Great location near the strip ,clean ,nice pool, but super loud door closers ! All doors slam so hard that it will drive u crazy when ur trying to go to sleep at all hours ! Plus the desk where you pick up parking pass tries to bait you with free show or buffet but the catch is the need a credit card and you need to waste a hour of your time for a siminar! No way . Besides that it's a great place to stay .

Nice place to relax away from the Strip business but close enough to access events you want to attend! Staff was very nice and room supplies very adequate!

The toilet was so close to the wall and bathtub big people would struggle to use it.

We loved the room! It was really big and it comfortably fit myself and 4 friends. We loved the full kitchen, and it came with plenty of kitchen utensils. It was super helpful that the staff gave us an extra 30 min to check out of our room too. Loved the location! The hotel is in walking distance to MGM, Luxor, Excalibur, Hooters and Tropicana. It's about a 10 min walk to any of these hotels. My only complaint is that the elevator by our room was super slow and couldn't hold many people. Sometimes we had to wait 5-7 min. Just for the elevator.

Overall, a very nice resort and room. We stayed in a one bedroom with 3 people and had plenty of room. Nice that it had a kitchen and no additional resort fees. Staff was friendly. Only minor gripe which would drop the overall score to 4.5 from 5 stars would be the AC. It was really loud when the fan was on. It was pretty consistently on due to the 110F+ weather so it bothered the person sleeping in the sofa couch. Once the door was closed, it was ok for the bedroom occupants but kept that room a bit hotter than the common area.

The room was great and clean. The hotel staff was not helpful and VERY slow moving. I had to call and ask for more coffee Creamer 3 times and never got it...the front dest had zero urgency and even if there was no one waiting they took forever to come to the desk. Had this been just on room quality it would be 5 stars...but the staff was awful.

We were really happy here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nice and quiet considering how close to the airport it is. We were able to walk to the Excaliber and MGM in 10 minutes.

Our second stay. We really like the place. Excellent location for us.

Very comfortable, just near the strips and staff are easy to desl with and polite

Good beds and quite. We didn't hear the airport noise

Be prepared for a time share sell. Do not supply maids so have to call desk for everything.

We are sorry to hear you experienced some difficulties with the pool area during your stay. This is certainly not our Wyndham standards. We will have our maintenance team look into these issues to eliminate any future occurrences. We strive to provide top of the line accommodations for all our guests and your feedback will help us to do so. We hope to have you stay with us again!
