The rooms are to old
Great staff and room was nice. A little dirty in the bathroom there was a big stain on the wall in the bathroom and the mirrors were also dirty but overall very nice hotel. Bed and pillows were perfect

Great hotel! Check in was easy and Tomek did great helping us upgrade our rooms. Rooms were clean but were very dusty. Shops, food, services AMAZING!

Everything was perfect. I loved it. Parking stay pass is easier than hourly pass. The front desk was curteous and helpful.
Certain staff weren’t exactly the friendliest, but overall it was a good enough experience to make us want to go back.
Bathroom and reading lights weren't working upon check-in. Also never got room cleaned although requested. Had to call for towels twice.
Had everything we were looking for in a vacation destination. We will be returning, with more people and on a regular basis.

We paid for an upgrade to have a whirlpool tub and it was disgusting!! The jets shot nasty black water all over us
This was my first stay at Caesar’s and I was so excited. Then I got to check in and was told it is not until 4pm and I had to pay a “early” check in fee. I had been driving for hours so I paid it. Then I got to my room and was disappointed. It was run down and dark. It did not feel clean. I’m sure it was because I was in a cheap room but the branding of Caesers gives higher expectations. The casino is not easy to get around, I will not stay here again or recommend it.
