Needs better customer service especially for such a busy large facility - there were little to no staff present to greet you when you arrive or around the large facility to help you find things or to check in or help plan your stay. Check in was disorganized and confusing with long lines - again you need more and better staff and customer service. The hotel itself is very nice and beautiful and in a great location!,

Stayed in Palace tower. And my biggest complaint about Caesars Palace was the grass cutting and grass blowing noise outside our hotel window at beginning at 6 am on August 7, 2025. Anywhere else you normally can’t make noise like that before 8 am. My second complaint was the Ice machine on our 9th floor was broken the whole week, which is very inconvenient considering they don’t let you use the refrigerator in the room for “free” despite charging $54 (plus $10 tax) as a resort fee on top of the nightly hotel rate. But to be fair, after voicing my complaints at checkout, the clerk got a manager to refund one night’s resort fee ($64 total deduction). Although I appreciated that concession, I still think Caesar’s Palace is a bad deal resort fee hotel with very limited swimming pool hours - and some of the pools were closed and caused overcrowding at the other pools.

I don’t visit Las Vegas often but when I do I make sure to stay at Caesarsif I’m staying on the strip. Surprisingly there wasn’t a huge line to check in, and the gentleman checking us in was welcoming and professional. We did get upgraded because they had no more rooms of the one we reserved. We did ask for daily housekeeping but unfortunately that never happened. The room is a fairly new one and renovated from what I remember the older ones being. Separate living room, big bedroom and bathroom. Room had a nice view of the strip. My biggest complaint about the hotel and the rooms are the lack of access and availability of water, and water bottles. You figure for the premium price and luxury property they would at least give their hotel guests complimentary water bottles in their room. No they charge a ridiculous premium price for Fuji water in the room. Heck Holiday inn and Hampton inn and other less premium and priced hotels provide free water bottles to their hotel guests. The rest of the property is nice. Many dining options, bars and shopping. We enjoyed the Cigar Bar Montechristo, and cocktails at Peter Lugar. Pool area is big, many different pools to choose from but make sure to get a seat early. Overall a great stay, excellent guest service, and comfortable spacious room, with super comfortable bed and pillows. I would give 5 stars but the lack of or charging for in room water bottles from a premium property is unacceptable.

Overall a good experience. I would say that its starting to feel dated. By that i feel as if the gaming is rather close together than the newer places in the same area of the strip. Food cost is getting out of hand. So plan accordingly!!

1-I was is a seminary 9-6 daily and the pools were closed when I wanted to use it. I am not sure why we pay the $62 resort fee when even the parking is separate. 2- The message in the room for threatening for not touching everything you put in our faces (Food ) . $75 fee. Are you kidding me.

We actually stayed at Nobu in Caesars Palace. It's quiet, clean and smaller than the Caesars resort. What made it great was the water fill stations, free coffee and tea, and the free happy hour. The staff was friendly and helpful at all hours of the day. The fact that it was nonsmoking was a fantastic bonus for our trip. Caesars is mid strip and was perfect placement for things to do on the strip.

When you go to Vegas be preoared to get overcharged crazy prices for everything. We paid everything up front but they still added other fees at $75 per day which got you absolutely nothing. The rooms were choking with dust. I pulled out furniture in between beds and it was a dust tsunami. Maids were rare to none existent. If you begged them they might give you an extra roll of toilet paper or a towel and empty your garbage. Restaurants were crazy overpriced. Never going back. Sorry.
