The hotel was amazing! Staff was continuously coming around with fresh towels, cleaning the common areas, and would all stop and help you find what you were looking for. The hotel itself had so many amenities and was centrally located on the strip. I would recommend staying at Caesar’s. The reason I am giving four stars is because I paid for a Bellagio fountain view and we couldn’t see fountain from our level. If you pay for fountain view ask for higher than the 26th floor.

Rooms were great, lots of space and very clean. However, we had trouble with water pressure so had to move to another room; waited around the better part of the day to get the text to move and never got it. By 3 pm we insisted on a room as we had evening plans. And the hotel offered nothing complimentary for our problems nor did they send a bellhop to help with the move. We also ran out of toilet paper in our room. The property is difficult to navigate around, not enough signs and the map not detailed enough.

I had a really disappointing experience at Caesars Palace and would not recommend staying here. We arrived early in the morning after booking the room for the night before specifically so we could check in right away. Instead, we were told our room had been given away because “in-person guests are prioritized.” There was no apology, no attempt to make it right, and we were left wandering around exhausted, waiting hours for a room. Housekeeping doesn’t even start until 9am, so there was no realistic option for early access after that. When we finally got into the room, it was in poor condition. The drain was clogged, and the shower had a strong mildew or mold odor. The room clearly wasn’t well maintained. Service was just as disappointing. Staff were unfriendly throughout our stay. Housekeeping even asked if we wanted service as we were leaving for the day, we said yes, and they never came. We stayed three nights and did not receive a single refresh, no towels, no cleaning, nothing. For a property with this reputation and price point, this was unacceptable. I will not stay here again.

There was no complimentary coffee pods at room even though there was a coffee maker. So felt useless. We were 3 in a room but there were only 2 towels and we had to call multiple times to get towels. When we turned on the bath tub, black mole dust accumulated and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. We felt it was high priced to just get extra space for stay.

Lower score has to do with the room. TV didn’t work when I got there. They fixed it. But should’ve been tested by house keeping. Rug in the room was all beat up. Gouges out of the rug etc.
