I was extremely upset about the pool being closed but my still having to pay resort fee. I am not a casino person and enjoyed the first day at the pool but when it was closed for a private rental, it did not seem fair that I was charged the resort fee. I won't go back; way too expensive for very little amenities.

The hotel is on Las Vegas Blvd, we had a very good one night stay with good foods and nice window view.

Everything about my stay exceeded expectations! The room and hotel was very clean. The pool was great and the casino had a great selection of games.

Very nice room, 700sq.ft. awesome view of the strip and Bellagio water show especially at night.

This was our first time at Cesar's and we absolutely loved it. Check in took a while but the gentleman upgraded our room to have the Belagio fountain view. Instead of the other side. We stayed in the Agustuv tower and will definitely recommend this hotel!

Found a used condom on the phone in our room. Took and entire day and 4 visits to the front desk to speak with management, who bold face lied to my face about their handlings of the situation. Never even acknowledged the severity of how unsanitary that was. This was a 5 year surprise wedding anniversary for myself and my wife, how awesome to find a condom on the phone!!!!!

Hotel is big , Saturday night valet parking for platinum members was turned away and sent to self parking . Room was not ready at 4:00 pm . Nice place but I won't be back .

Do not stay here. I know it has a long standing as being a top rated hotel, but this place only cares about your money, not your experience.

There was a issue with noise and the hotel switch rooms with no issue and even upgraded the room will only stay at caesars!

We arrived by taxi, unloaded our baggage to the bellman (good experience) then we went off to find the registration desk. It only took the help of two hotel employees and a 150 yard march to find were to stand to be ignored by the front desk help. (not a good experience)We got checked in rate plus phony facilities charge (additional dealer mark up) then was given directions and sent off with very poor instructions to find the elevator to our room, another two helpful employees and a very poor, not to scale map, and we found the elevator, went up 10 floors to the 60th floor, down the end of the hall to our room (not a good experience). The room was a typical hotel room, nothing special. The bellman arrived promptly with our bags, answered all our questions, gave us some good suggestions for drinks and dinner. (good experience) Then we called about coffee packs for the Kerig coffee maker in our room and was told that it would be an $11.00 fee for the coffee packs than a $10.00 delivery fee plus an 18% gratuity. that's $24.78 for a cup of morning joe. That has to be the height of bean counter greed. The hotel has no airport shuttle and the explanation, "We have 4000 rooms how could we possibly provide an airport shuttle. If you want to be served by snotty front desk help and treated like you are just a # to be bilked by hidden fees, then Caesars Palace is the place for you. As for me I'll go some were else

Love Caesars Palace! Good location and price. Stayed at Palace Tower and the room was superb!

Worst experience ever. Dirty and ignorant staff. Staff was very rude and unprofessional

Nice parking, friendly staff and walking distance of everything fun.

Caesar's is in the heart of the Las Vegas strip and is a great place to stay. We could walk to all the great food, shows and shopping on the strip.

Room was great & location was central to lots of other attractions.

Enjoyed the stay overall, room was nice....found empty beer bottles under the sink when we arrived. AC unit is somewhat noisy. we were on the 9th floor and elevator were always quick no matter the time of day. We were in the octavious tower, a bit of walk to the main entrance and casino areas. Casino and common areas were very smokey, noticeably more than some of the other hotels. Overall satisfied.

Seeing the Eiffel Tower and Bellagio fountain from my room window, this was a memorable stay

Satisfied... just so many little charges here and there

Caesars Palace is a grand hotel. The location is near everything. Just a quick walk to the major hotels. So going to shows at neighboring hotels is an easy walk, if you like to walk. You do feel safe in this area walking. But there are always taxi's available. Check in was easy and friendly. The only thing I was upset about was I asked about getting into the club Omnia, and got no help, from the front desk. When we went to go into the club they told us it would be $30.00 for men and $20.00 cover charge on a Thursday night. I thought that was a bit much for guests of the hotel. I also read everywhere you can get on a guest list,or a VIP list and get in free. But they wouldn't tell us how to get on any lists. We found out the next day how to get on a list ourselves. To little to late though as we were leaving the next day. This was pretty disappointing, as it was something we really wanted to do. We were having a drink across the street at Margaritaville when we saw a guy giving away passes for Omnia. We asked him how you get on a list to get in . He gave us his card and asked us what night we wanted to go and we could be on his VIP list. He didn't ask for any money. He was just promoting the club. Ceasars knows about the workers promoting the club. Lets face it they need to promote and get people in to spend their money there. There are so many clubs in Vegas competing for business. We would of loved to go and spend our money there also. We just felt it was unfair as guests!

Overall, this was a great experience for my first time in Vegas. This hotel is beautiful! There is a ton of stuff to do, it was clean, our room was great (except for a few issues) and for the most part, staff was pleasant. They let us check in early, and upgraded our room. The staff, including casino employees and cleaning staff were always pleasant, always acknowledge you and said hello. I needed more towels and housekeeping sent them up in a matter of minutes. However, they were doing construction on our floor, which wasn't a huge deal - noise was minimal and we weren't in the room much. BUT, at some point they shut the water off to the toilet! No notice or anything. Also, the jets in the tub didn't work, which was disappointing as the tub was huge! We have asked for a late check out, 30-40 minutes and they refused and said they don't have a late checkout option? Strange.
