I had a really disappointing experience at Caesars Palace and would not recommend staying here.
We arrived early in the morning after booking the room for the night before specifically so we could check in right away. Instead, we were told our room had been given away because “in-person guests are prioritized.” There was no apology, no attempt to make it right, and we were left wandering around exhausted, waiting hours for a room. Housekeeping doesn’t even start until 9am, so there was no realistic option for early access after that.
When we finally got into the room, it was in poor condition. The drain was clogged, and the shower had a strong mildew or mold odor. The room clearly wasn’t well maintained.
Service was just as disappointing. Staff were unfriendly throughout our stay. Housekeeping even asked if we wanted service as we were leaving for the day, we said yes, and they never came. We stayed three nights and did not receive a single refresh, no towels, no cleaning, nothing.
For a property with this reputation and price point, this was unacceptable. I will not stay here again.
