Worst experience ever. Dirty and ignorant staff. Staff was very rude and unprofessional

Nice parking, friendly staff and walking distance of everything fun.

Caesar's is in the heart of the Las Vegas strip and is a great place to stay. We could walk to all the great food, shows and shopping on the strip.

Room was great & location was central to lots of other attractions.

Enjoyed the stay overall, room was nice....found empty beer bottles under the sink when we arrived. AC unit is somewhat noisy. we were on the 9th floor and elevator were always quick no matter the time of day. We were in the octavious tower, a bit of walk to the main entrance and casino areas. Casino and common areas were very smokey, noticeably more than some of the other hotels. Overall satisfied.

Seeing the Eiffel Tower and Bellagio fountain from my room window, this was a memorable stay

Satisfied... just so many little charges here and there

Caesars Palace is a grand hotel. The location is near everything. Just a quick walk to the major hotels. So going to shows at neighboring hotels is an easy walk, if you like to walk. You do feel safe in this area walking. But there are always taxi's available. Check in was easy and friendly. The only thing I was upset about was I asked about getting into the club Omnia, and got no help, from the front desk. When we went to go into the club they told us it would be $30.00 for men and $20.00 cover charge on a Thursday night. I thought that was a bit much for guests of the hotel. I also read everywhere you can get on a guest list,or a VIP list and get in free. But they wouldn't tell us how to get on any lists. We found out the next day how to get on a list ourselves. To little to late though as we were leaving the next day. This was pretty disappointing, as it was something we really wanted to do. We were having a drink across the street at Margaritaville when we saw a guy giving away passes for Omnia. We asked him how you get on a list to get in . He gave us his card and asked us what night we wanted to go and we could be on his VIP list. He didn't ask for any money. He was just promoting the club. Ceasars knows about the workers promoting the club. Lets face it they need to promote and get people in to spend their money there. There are so many clubs in Vegas competing for business. We would of loved to go and spend our money there also. We just felt it was unfair as guests!

Overall, this was a great experience for my first time in Vegas. This hotel is beautiful! There is a ton of stuff to do, it was clean, our room was great (except for a few issues) and for the most part, staff was pleasant. They let us check in early, and upgraded our room. The staff, including casino employees and cleaning staff were always pleasant, always acknowledge you and said hello. I needed more towels and housekeeping sent them up in a matter of minutes. However, they were doing construction on our floor, which wasn't a huge deal - noise was minimal and we weren't in the room much. BUT, at some point they shut the water off to the toilet! No notice or anything. Also, the jets in the tub didn't work, which was disappointing as the tub was huge! We have asked for a late check out, 30-40 minutes and they refused and said they don't have a late checkout option? Strange.

I've been to Vegas several times. Caesar's has always been a favorite. I will NOT return to Caesar's.

I have stayed here several times, Caesar palace never disappoints. It's centric and the perfect place for your next Vegas stay... The Roman pool is one of their great amenities, great concerts, great decor, great customer services and ample rooms!

Beautiful place right where I wanted to be, All the staff made for a very wonderful visit. Thanks so much!!!

Great food. Several excellent restaurants.staff are friendly.

Caesars was a nice hotel with a Vegas feel - opulent, large, clean and we enjoyed the casino and forum. Staff was nice and I enjoyed my stay. I did have some room issues thoough in my Queen Petite Suite: 1. You had to pay for everything! No tea bags or coffee packets in the room 2. We found waterbottles and popcorn under the bed that were not ours 3. The shower had two heads - one didn't work at all until they came to fix it day 2, the other took 10 minutes running to get warm water

The hotel is very nice and large. You don't have to go out if you don't want to because it has so many things. We didn't like the fact that you had to pay for parking when we are staying at the hotel which adds more money to the hotel fee. I mean if the hotel is charging $35 as a fee, the parking should already be included since you're staying there? Other than that, we had a great experience.

Checked in and did not receive room that we reserved ie. 1 king bed -- was given a room with 2 queens. Unable to transfer rooms until the following afternoon, at which point we were out having fun and did not want to waste time re-packing and moving.

Very nice hotel , right by the strip location is awesome.we will come back

This was both mine and Amy husbands first time to Las Vegas. When we first arrived at the hotel, we didn't know what to expect. I knew it had great reviews but nothing else. We were overwhelmed and very surprised by the beauty of the hotel and its size. The room was also very nice and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Construction or remodeling going on outside our room. Extremely noisy, could not sleep. Wish someone had told me that was going to happen so we could go somewhere else.

Never see this in my life, charge my a lot staff But I not drink, crazy
